Walked in party of 9 last night part of a military motorcycle club after a long hard day on the road. The waitress was the best waitress I have ever had anywhere her name is Jess(Thank you Jess) The food was great everyone was happy and well taken care of. Thank you for great experience

Amazing! We pulled into the parking lot that had literally over 200 cars in it and our jaws dropped. Thought no way we’re getting a table before midnight. But within 10 minutes we were sitting and ordering out drinks. Everything was perfect and delicious. Peanut shells on the floor is always fun for some reason. Fall off the bone ribs that were all meaty. Tender chicken. And the loaded baked sweet potato was like a Christmas holiday in your mouth. You have to try it.

Tonight I took my wife here, we had the 2 for $ 42.99 meal. It included an appetizer(we chose the onion blossom — came out hot crispy and delicious, much better than Outbacks blooming onion) We both ordered for our entrees the 12 Oz Ribeye with a Caesar salad and baked sweet potato. It also included a rib sampler that they call a side kick. I like my steak mooing. Our server Jess asked me how I like my steak cooked, I jokingly said you’ve cooked it too long already. She laughed and I told her a 15 second seer on each side. My wife ordered hers medium-rare. Both steaks came out perfect, this is a rarity as normally mine comes out overcooked. Jess was an excellent and personable server. When she noticed our onion blossom didn’t seem to come out on time by food runner she went and got it herself. Our drinks were always kept full. The restaurant manager visited our table several times to check on everything. Overall a great dining experience. The restaurant is extremely busy but you can use call ahead seating. They take your name and cell phone number and text you when your table is ready. Will be back again!!!

Love the food and the waitstaff. The loaded baked sweet potato is delicious and the sirloin steak is always amazing. The waitress we had(her name was Alaska) was sooooo nice. She quickly responded to anything we needed and was happy while doing it.

Good but oh my! The booths need a good scubbing, seems like lately when we go, something sticky gets on us! The food is the definate draw and the service personnel are very good!

Ugh so disappointed! All of our food tasted as if salt were poured on top! And the sweet potato was so mushy and totally unappealing! It was a toss up between here and longhorn since they are across the street from each other… Next time I’ll try out longhorn! Despite the bad food our service was great!

After the horrible time at the archer road location we were more the weary to dine here but had a gift card for my birthday that we did not want to go to waste. I am so glad we chose this location. We had a bit of a wait due to a very large party of high school baseball players but other then that it was great. The waiter was wonderful with our boys and actually spoke to them for their orders and not just to us. The rolls were hot and amazing every time the waiter brought them out. We hit one snag and it was my food was cold, but they quickly replaced it without another issue. Trip number 2 was Valentine’s Day 2016: Again another great time here. this time we used the call ahead seating and got in with very little waiting. Again the server was wonderful taking her time with our son’s never rushing us or them despite being very busy. Food again was wonderful and not one single issue. Can’t wait to return.

normally we really love Texas Roadhouse but today wasn’t that great of an experience. I’m all for not letting one experience ruin my opinion of a place but this one was not great at all and reflected poorly on the establishment. Our server consistently forgot parts of our order and we would have to remind her several times and she brought us things we didn’t ask for as well as charging us for the things we did not ask for. She all but rushed us through our meal. This isn’t the fault of the restaurant but it is worth noting that alcohol is not available on Sunday’s unless it is beer or wine.

One of the more consistent restaurants in Lake City. Great steak kebabs, good grilled chicken, veggies are excellent, and a classic cheap 6 ounce sirloin rarely fails. Service in terms of speed and waiter is usually great as well. Tip: if you go in the evenings and have to wait for a table, signed up for their app and get text notifications.

We came here on a Sunday night with a Very large party and they were awesome! Got us in very quickly. Lots of big tables for large parties. They have really good food. And are very consistant with the food. Service has always been good as well. Great place for a good dinner with the family.

It’s a been a while since we visited a Texas Roadhouse, mostly because we prefer to patron the local guys. The non chains. But once in a while, we get a craving for something else. So we hit Texas Roadhouse and were delighted with our meals and the service! While waiting for our drinks and deciding on an appetizer, we were presented with a nice sampling of their Fall of the Bone Ribs. Yum! We selected the Rattlesnake Bites… basically jalapeño and cheese bites. Very tasty. But I’ll go for the fried pickles next time. I’ve had them here and they are incredible! So for dinner, my husband went for the ribs, while I opted for the country fried steak. Yes, with gravy. And loaded mashed potatoes. It was way more than I expected. Took more than half home with us and had it for breakfast with some fried eggs the next morning. :) The steak was a bit saltier than necessary, but overall, no complaints. Very delicious and crunchy. And very plentiful! The ribs were very good also. I had a sampling. He also had the mashed potatoes, loaded. The best way to have them. With or without gravy. Lauren was our server, who was very delightful and funny. She answered all our questions without hesitation and never let our beverages run dry. BTW, the margaritas are great and the beer very cold!

If you were once a decent looking girl in high school, chances are you probably worked at a Texas Roadhouse. Not every girl can work at Bone Daddy’s, sorry, and the only buns people are looking for here are the huge ones from the breadbasket spread with cinnamon butter. What I’ve found travelling outside of Texas is how much smaller the portions truly are. I was expecting large warm rolls, ones I wanted to tear open and smother cinnamon butter on, but freakin’ Florida had to make their rolls the size of the palm of my hand. Yes, I have small hands and yes, I like rolls that I can get a good grip on. Because they were so small, they also weren’t as soft as big ‘ol Texan ones. At the very least, the butter was still what TRH butter should be and the portions of the entrees were the same as well: succulent roasted chicken, decent steak for cheap, loaded potatoes and steamed broccoli. It’s not my favorite meal, but Texas Roadhouse is always pretty consistent and solid, especially if you’re a meat and potatoes kind of gal.

This is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. My grandfather(who I am visiting here for the first time in 10 years) has a hard time walking. We got him in the car but had a hard time getting him out. This was our first dinner together in 10 years! The staff did everything they could to help us enjoy our meal. They brought out a chair and(carried him on the chair!), in to our table and again back to our car. I couldn’t believe how sweet they were and accommodating. On top of that the food was quick and delicious, the waitress was the sweetest and she even offered us rolls on the way out! I couldn’t even believe it. I would eat here every night of our trip if we could! AWESOME!

Giving a 3.5 it could have been better but there are some issues with service. After being taken to a table a few minutes later a friendly waitress showed and introduced herself. I let her know that it was my first time in and would need a minute a beer order was taken a straw dropped and off she went for the first time. On the up side those little rolls with whipped cinnamon and honey butter(?) are yummy and the Chopped steak was surprisingly good as was the mashed potatoes. Concerns : . A very young couple was seated in the booth in front of me, the manager came over and introduced himself. He asked if it was their first time(it was) and placed a couple of ribs in front of them to try and told them to enjoy. I was surprised by this and looking forward to the same treatment this did not happen for whatever reason ? Trying to get back to Atlanta a quick dinner was needed to get back on the road it was starting to rain plus Vino was in the car. Ordering the Road Kill made séance(Chopped steak) mash potatoes and corn this seemed like it would be quick and easy? Instead I ended up being there for over 40 minutes and had to get other servers/manager attention for simple things like — * A clean knife. * Water, she left a straw. * Cancel the coffee. * A to go box. * My check. Through out the meal when the server would come to the table both hands went down and she would actually lean on the table??? Cough, cough I do not like this and find it lazy and rude. When she plopped down across the table from me at one point I was totally shocked, looked around and at her, she seemed unfazed by this are you kidding me ??? I like others dine alone and often with that said(the same manager mentioned above) made it a point to «check in» on the booth in front of me, the two men behind me and the four top next to me during dinner. Just short of actually putting my hand in the air I had to try to make eye contact with him just to ask for a knife. Someone thought it would be fun to have the staff Yell at the entire Dinning Room to get their attention while singing a odd birthday wish. Are you kidding me this is not 2004. When you walk in there is a glass wall where you can kind of see what the guys on the grill are cooking? It is in desperate need of cleaning or replacing it might be interesting to watch what the line is doing while you wait for your table. I overheard people saying good things about the food but there seems to be time issues. If you have time you might want to stop in otherwise suck it up and stick to a window with a box.

The good: We all got sirloin steaks. Excellent quality cuts and perfectly prepared. Mashed potatoes are amazing. Green beans too. The bad: they somehow managed to «forget» us and we finally asked 15 min over our half hour expected wait time for 3. They put us in a booth which is awkward since I use a wheelchair. It was also very hard to navigate in general because they had walkways blocked. To top it off our waitress seemed pretty annoyed with us, I guess because of my chair being in the way. I get it, you’d rather not work on New Year’s Eve, but no reason to take it out on us. But whatever — predictably good food from Texas Road House! Just not best service I’ve gotten at one. But we did get a discount from the RV park to go there which was cool. Check with your hotel if you are staying close!
