We stopped in for dinner tonight on the way south. The service was excellent and our catfish and burger were great as well. We have avoided C Barrels in the past but found this one to be very nice. Will be back.

First time ever eating Cracker Barrel food. I certainly have not missed anything. I ordered the meatloaf and Mac and cheese for a restaurant serving country style food, it was terrible, if you told me the Mac and cheese was Kraft I’d believe it .no time soon do I feel the need to return to a Cracker Barrel … I only gave it two stars because the store was cute and the salesperson was very nice.

While traveling with our RV, we can usually count on Cracker Barrel for parking. Not today!!! Plenty of spaces; however, cars were filling the spaces.

Never had such a bizarre experience. Six people and only three of us had food. People told us that they split orders for tables of five or more. Only half of us got our food. But the table of eight that sat down at the same time got their order. So apparently they couldn’t tell us the truth that either they forgot our order or something. Go to a different exit

HOLY PRICEY! I can’t believe how expensive and poor quality this chain has become! We generally save the Crackle Barrel experience for road trips, but after seeing the new prices, much much smaller servings and much fewer choices — we will be finding a new place for breakfast on the road. Our service specific to this location was also sub-par. When we arrived no one was at the hostess stand, so we waited. 7 yes SEVEN employees walked by and not even 1 acknowledged our presence or welcomed us to the restaurant. Our waitress was not friendly, there were no straws for our drinks and my glass was covered in lipstick (not mine). The food was mediocre — my French toast was cold and my husbands breakfast sandwich had some sauce that was not listed in the description. The waitress never returned after delivering our food/bill to see if everything was ok. Not the best way to start our vacation, but not to worry we won’t make that mistake again.

Had a Lovely caring waitress named Candie. She tried so hard for us
I gave it a 3 because there was a Jerk Prep Cook who was giving our waitress a hard time. I asked for VERY HOT SOUP
I HAD TO SEND IT BACK 3 times
Hot soup is a requirement not just a Petty Gripe
Why are these managers tolerating a jerk prep cook who does not give a Flip about the customer?
A true manager who have fired the Jerk on the spot. I did speak to the Manager and all he said was that he was sorry and would speak to him
They should work as a team with the servers to provide the Best service to their customers. Otherwise they are useless and they will not be a need for Prep Cooks when this location is closed due to Poor Performance

I have waited 7 years to come back to a Cracker Barrel and this did not disappoint!
I had Chicken & Dumplings & Sweet Tea — SO yummy. I am pretty sure I will be going there again at least 2 more times during my 3 days of travel!
