Buffalo Wild Wings

I had to pluck my own wing… bought a 20 piece and most of them still had some feathers and not just one feather but allot of feathers. It’s been a while since I been here at this place. because of the cold food and now this is my very last time ever going there. Ughhhh I’m pissed… no more Buffalo Wild Wings…

Buffalo Wild Wings is rather new in Lake City and as always, this «little town» (as some residents affectionately call it) is glad to get another restaurant. The interior is standard for the chain, if you’ve seen one you really have seen them all: some other restaurant chains are less uniform on interiors but BWW seems to make them all look very much the same, with the only concessions being those of space and extant architecture. The staff is friendly: the hostess told me she could put the soccer game I was watching on one of their smaller TVs on the big TV since few other customers were there at the time. That was sweet.
Speaking of which, I dropped in around 9pm after playing soccer myself to get a late dinner and chose BWW in good part so I could 1) watch soccer and 2) because I was sweaty and dirty from my game and felt other than fast food, it was about the only place appropriate to go in the state I was in. I didn’t want beer since I’d just been playing in a game and was a little dehydrated, so I ordered water and unsweetened iced tea. They were out of the tea, so I just had water. Aside from alcohol they did not have any other non-​sweet drinks – only lemonade and soda, both sweet sweet sweet. So water was the only choice. I also ordered their Mediterranean chicken salad, which looked like the healthiest item on then menu. The salad, when it came, was very disappointing. The chicken seemed precooked and warmed up and its cut suggested it was a bulk supplier product and not hand-​cut at the restaurant. The pita chips that came with it were hard, not warm as advertised. It seemed like a kit that was trucked in and thrown together in the kitchen, honestly. When I go to a restaurant I do not expect the analog of a frozen dinner from the grocery store, and that is what this reminded me of: some frozen kit you thaw out and serve. I didn’t complain though because the poor waitress, who was trying to be helpful and nice, looked so dismayed when in essence I ordered nothing more than a $ 12 salad and water.
I am very pleased they show international soccer on weekends and often at other times plus many other sports. It’s a good place to go and watch sports and drink beer, I will give them that. I’ve had the wings at the Jax location and they were pretty good as I recall, but I cannot say the caliber of food was very good from what I got, and seriously, a sports-​centric bar should at least have some healthy and decently-​prepared food for those of us who actually play sports and worry about being healthy.

I wish I could give this restaurant more stars but alas this will have to do.
When the restaurant originally opened, I thought it would be a hit in Lake City. A place to watch various sports games, drink, and eat with your friends. Unfortunately, the food is overpriced for what they serve and there is a lack of drink specials unless you love beer. They serve a good tall glass of beer for up to $ 4.97. I’m a little irked that they don’t give you extra plates but small cardboard containers if you want to share with your friends. The reason is because the sauce from your wings or grease from your appetizers seeps through and the container is basically a napkin.
I never had any problem with the service. Nevertheless, I noticed that they do not know how to handle customers when the restaurant is busy. They seem to forget other customers and do not have a system for delivering food right away.
If you do find yourself here, try to come when it’s not busy for optimal service. Also try their dessert nachos! It’s enough to to feed 4 people! They are very generous with the vanilla ice cream which compliments the warm tortilla chips and fried cheesecake bites. It is slathered with chocolate and caramel sauce which makes it even more delicious.

I really liked it. I had a good experience here and the service was great. The food is really good and so was the service. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

We love it! Can’t wait to get our own here in Gainesville! New digs, very cool layout with great outdoor seating area. We love it!

I really love wings, I was super excited when they first opened. I wanted to dine in but its really not for families with small children so my husband and I opted to carry out. We got two medium boneless wings, one honey BBQ and one garlic. They were super dry, barely any sauce, old… I was so disappointed. Then my family and I tried them on a separate occasion. We had a party of 10. I asked that we sit inside because my daughter is super allergic to mosquitos. I didn’t mind waiting. We waited for 45 minutes, our thing started buzzing. We go inside to be escorted to a table and what do they do… Sit us outside. I told the waitress that this is not going to work, my daughter is allergic to mosquitos. They acted like they didn’t care. So my family and I left and went to Gators Dockside and was treated much better.

After reading all the horrible reviews we finally came here a month or so after they opened and was expecting the worst. I ordered the honey bbq wings and the nachos and thought they both were very good! The food came out fairly quickly and the waitress was nice. My only complaint is the hostess was a snob and the mosquitoes were so out of control out on the patio we had to move inside.

We had the cheese curds, shrimp tacos, and boneless wings! All was very good! Sweet tea is perfect!

Awful. Their team captains are nothing more than obnoxious bimbos. After waiting 25 minutes for a drink order, we walked out. Typical Lake City style business.

We’ve been to this place two times. The first was during their first week and the second was a couple weeks later. Food was ok, I like the shrimp tacos they have on «limited time» menu. We’ve eaten at other B Dubs in various places and food is usually pretty good. However, the service is quite slow at this one — was better the second time — and the atmosphere stinks. First of all, they built it too small. They have crammed way too many tables and seats in too small a unit. If more than 3 people are waiting for a table, they have to wait outside because the waiting area where the hostess is is too small. Not to mention, there are usually 4+ employees just hanging out in that area when you go in. Speaking of small, the bathrooms are tiny too. Way uncomfortable.
All of the employees we’ve encountered have seemed to be not too bright. I’m guessing most of them have little to no experience in food service. One asked us what we wanted to drink, we ordered beer and she said she couldn’t bring us beer she was just there to get our drink order. Huh? The worst part about it is the MUSIC IS TOO LOUD!!! You can’t hear to have a conversation and our server kept asking us to repeat ourselves because she couldn’t hear us. None of the other BWW we’ve been to have had that problem.
The company really missed the mark on this location. We ended up at AppleBees last night at 12:15 because there are only so many late nite spots in Lake City and we weren’t going back there.

This is the best place they’ve made yet in Lake City! They have amazing wings and very good mozzarella sticks!!! I really recommend the party platter. It comes with mozzarella sticks, wings of your choice, and onion rings. This restaurant is very good, and I recommend it for anyone who wonders about it!

Went here a week ago, even for a new place my experience was pretty bad!
It was moderately busy, I expected some delays on top of the fact they are new and not going to be at peak performance yet.
The service was ssslloowww they didn’t fill the drinks much, the food came out at different times.
Some of the people in our group were finishing up eating as others were just getting their food.
We ended up being there for over 2 hours which would be normal only in a fine dinning restaurant not a wing joint.
They were playing music ridiculous loud which made it hard to have a conversation.
I was definitely expecting MUCH better from a national chain.
My advice to corporate: do much more training before opening your doors to the public instead of practicing on paying customers!!!

On my list of places to return this would be a resounding «NO».
I went in to to order a take out. Upon entering there were a few customers crowded around a tiny entrance. There were plenty staff sprinkled through out the restaurant that did not seem busy at the time.
The girl behind the counter that took my order was Ashley. She seemed very pleasant and assured me my order would be ready in 15 at most 20 minutes so i decided to walk around the mall a few minutes to wait. When I returned25 minutes later the food still was not ready. 15 minutes after that I asked for my money back but was once again assured that my order was coming. Finally 15 minutes after that I received my food and I left.
When I got home some of my wings were omitted from my order and the food was cold. I called back, Ashely put me on hold to wait for manager that never returned.
The chopped salad was nothing more than lettuce with a piece of tasteless grilled chicken thrown on top. Quesadilla was tasteless and the garlic parmesan wings were not good at all.
On a good note some of the staff was friendly especially Ashley who was willing to help. Too bad she did not have others to help her accomplish that.
To sum it up, wait time, terrible, mixed emotions on the staff, food flavor substandard. Price, really for that? Will i ever get the wings I paid for but did not get? Probably not…

Went with family after hostess takes name notice nearly 10 people are seated my name was first on list went back and noticed there around five names on list and mine wasn’t on this one. Asked she said she has to start a new list I said why wasn’t my name moved to your new list she said sorry don’t know why. She then writes my name at #6 says at least another 15 – 20 minutes lol after waiting 30 mins then when finally get table they say they don’t have know where for high chair except outside serious so now holding a 3 year old go to order sweet tea were all out for the night it’s 5:30 pm really just don’t see them making it under current management!

This had to be the worst service and food in Lake City in 10 years. When we walked in tables where sitting empty and it took 10 – 15 mins to seat us. Drinks took 15 mins to come out and was very hard to get any refills. Wings came out after 40 minutes and where cold. Had no napkins (no fun to eat wings and not have any napkins). Salad that was ordered was forgotten. Management had excuses for mistakes and did not seem to have a good work ethic.

Alas, the extremely inexperienced server and messed up order did not exactly make the best first impression. And waiting 15 minutes for a side of sauce? Unfortunately the food wasn’t good enough to redeem them. The coveted 1 star award goes to Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place has TERRIBLE service!!! The food is ok but the waitress was pretty clueless and the manager was just sitting there chatting with her friend the whole time.
One of the people in our group didn’t even end up getting their food because by the time they realized everyone had got their food and they hadn’t they didn’t even want it because they knew it would take to long. The waitress and manager both made excuses for the incident and handled it very poorly.

Went to eat here on Sunday, which was a big mistake. I like football just like the next guy, but it was turned up so loud that I could barely place my order. Brought my kids, they loved the tablets that they gave them to play on. Place was just too rowdy for a family meal, with patrons yelling f**k yea every time their team scored. Also, my wife was unable to eat her wings because they got that wrong.

Getting a seat on what seemed to be a relatively busy night at this place was very short. So for that I am very pleased. But later when I was trying to eat my dinner and watch the game was a different story. Because for most of my time being here the so called team «captain» «Angelique» was talking to her girlfriends (being very loud as if she owned the the place) and shoving her butt in my face and on my table through most of my meal. I’m not complaining about the restaurant at this point but the professionalism displayed by this person was a poor reflection of who the higher ups deemed necessary to promote. I know it isn’t a big issue but I think for the people who actually work hard at this establishment, she is an empty uniform and needs re-​evaluation.
When the food was delivered our fries were cold and our waitress seemed frustrated and said she wasn’t sure what was going on in the kitchen. But apologized profusely. It appeared to me that the kitchen was not up to par for the serving staff.
Then when we got the bill I realized that my bill was not priced according to happy hour prices which the waitress informed was currently going on. The waitress then talked to her manager to see about adjusting our check, and the manager said that we were wrong about happy hour and that if we were mad about the outcome we should just not tip the waitress. And for the manager to make her waitress say this to us and not even come and settle this face to face or try to explain the misinformation that was provided was unprofessional. Not to mention our waitress seemed very belittled and upset over the situation and asked that we would not take our anger out on her.
Then as we were leaving I witnessed a manager with curly blonde hair screaming at other patrons of the restaurant on the patio and cussing them out. These people also had children. I don’t know what kind of management this place has but I will not be back to this chain. Not to mention, on my way out I asked for the general managers name and the girls at the front said «bill». I later called (as in 30 minutes after I left) and they said it was «Jeanette». I would be careful about this place. Not children friendly with the violent freak show that management displays to their staff and customers. I left feeling uneasy and that this was not a safe place. I don’t know if this was a bad night for this place and they were not on they’re game. However, I’m not willing to risk it and I will travel to Gainesville to the other wing places to catch the game where I’m not in fear of the ill nature that the «management» showed tonight.
Sorry Buffalo Wild Wings, but your lack of corrects management has made you lose my business and that of my friends.

Service and food were pretty good! We had to wait 10 – 12 minutes for a table but enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan boneless wings.
