I have to say for the price we paid under $ 100 you can’t beat this place. Conveniently located close to Spanish springs and St. Timothy’s Church, the rooms were clean and the free breakfast very good. We also stayed at another hotel in the villages at a much higher price and we would return to the Comfort suites.
They have free coffee and an area where you could eat if you chose to have food delivered.

Would give it 5 stars if you didn’t have to be under 5 feet tall to enjoy the shower. Not sure why the shower head is so low. Overall though, it was clean, friendly and comfortable. We enjoyed the sausage and biscuits for breakfast too.

Always like this hotel when we’re in the villages. Stayed 7⁄2 & 7⁄5
On 7⁄2 I asked for an apple and was told no, not a big deal except I do have food issues and needed the apple.
Tonite I asked and the lady was happy to give me an apple & a cup of skim milk which is exactly what I needed for my food plan, what a wonderful thing to do. We had just come back from a tour and the stores were closed so I was very grateful.

Great hotel for the price!!! $ 86/​night! We brought our dogs and had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is quiet and peaceful, clean rooms and very courteous staff!!! We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back. Was nice to have a Chili’s in the front parking lot as well!

A lovely hotel. We were in town for a funeral, and they offer a discounted rate for funerals, which I thought was extremely nice. The rooms were nice enough and the hotel is pretty quiet.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The room was very spacious, the people at the front desk, Eric and Joyce were wonderful always willing to help. The housekeeping was flawless. The location was great being able to easily walk to the villages. Put this on your list for Summerfield or the Villages area.
We have also stayed here before for shorter term stays, with the same results.

Room had a hair on the bathtub from a previous guest’s lower region, mildew in the refrigerator (someone unplugged it) and a heavy cigarette smoke smell (in a non smoking room). This was after the front desk made me initial and agree to a $ 150 fine if I smoke in the room. Hotel is completely full, so we couldn’t move. Otherwise ok
