I ordered a burrito combo during my lunch and went through the drive thru. When I got back to work it was a famous star burger… My fault for not checking but I called here literally 10 times to let them know and constant hang ups or
No one picks up. No way I can go back and not be late for work. Never coming back here again. This location sucks.

I haven’t personally experienced anything bad. But I have witnessed unhappy customers. Their orders were not to their liking. For the most part, staff have been nice and provide friendly service.

This is the WORST Carl’s Jr. I have ever been to… so unprofessional from the manager to the cashier. yell across cross from the register to the kitchen … Food was prepared with no taste appearance ! I will defiantly not come here EVER Again !

This place is filthy and service is extremely slow !! I went there with my family and nearly waited around 15 for our meal and it was extremely slow.

Been through all the remodels sine the 80s. Still keep coming back. Huge support of community. We should should continue to support this Carl’s Jr. Meeting, reading, eating or drinking the bottomless drinks, all great.

This is a relative rating, comparing it to other fast food joints… and yes, it is still 2 stars. Drive through took forever, and the burger came out SO dry — dry/​hard bread, overcooked meat, barely any sauce, that I had to force it down with some water. Never again.

Just a heads up. Stopped here for lunch yesterday with my wife and 2 daughters and 3 of us got hamburgers and the other one got a chicken sandwich. Well the 3 of us that got hamburgers are all sick. My daughter can’t stop throwing up. Taking her to urgent care if it doesn’t stop soon.

I love the staff and food haha. People need to learn to chill though. Burgerwise I’d suggest the guacamole burger. The big chicken fillet is my favorite when it comes to chicken. They have school, police, and senior discounts. Carl’s is known for huge burgers, so don’t come expecting to get a burger for a dollar. The inside is always clean. And they accept coupons even if they excited five years ago.

They never have the house dressing at this carls. they have the cheap buttermilk version which is as bad as their fries are at times. I almost went their today until I noticed they had crap and piss spewing out their man covers… it got all on my tires. I almost threw up… lost my appetite and now my truck smells like $hi* ughhhhhh it’s always something

I was suprised that Food is all dried up and way too salty. Ladies who works here doesn’t seem to know they send out the order or not because they are so busy chatting each other and it is so loud. It took me more than 10 minute to get simple sandwhich and also they forgot about the shake which they remember 15 minutes later. There were only 2 people inside the store. Management seriously need to take care of the situation otherwise store won’t last long. As long as I remember carl’s Jr. Was much better than these days.

So I ordered a cod burger via drive through and the lady said it would be a while so I should park and they would bring it out. First of all she should have said so before charging it on my card so I could change my order to something that would be faster. Second of all I sat in the car waiting for over 10 minutes before getting out of the car and going inside to check if my order was done. They said they «accidentally» have it to the wrong person but I was parked at the door and did not see any employee come out. Further more they said it would be another 4 minutes for the order. They straight up lied. I would not have minded waiting if it was busy but it was not busy at all. I strongly discouraged anyone from coming to this location.

I eat Carl’s Jr., maybe twice a year. Every now and then i get a craving for a Super Star with Cheese, no tomato’s and with extra onions. I also will get some criss-​cut fries and a large iced-​tea. Today though, the hamburgers were cold. The fries tasted like they were boiled not in oil but fish sauce. It was horrible tasting. Don’t go to this Carl’s unless you wish to barf!

I come here regularly Sunday mornings 9−10am for a double-​western combo, big hamburger and a spicy chicken sandwich.
Employees are friendly but extremely slow. No observable signs of learning/​physical disabilities. It appears they are just short staffed perpetually.
Give yourself at least 15 minutes or don’t come here expecting speedy service.
They also got rid of the salsa bar that accompanies the Green Burrito.
I still can’t stay away.

Came here because I had a bunch of coupons for the hamburgers.
Funny how that works: 2 for $ 6 ends up being nearly $ 10 bucks with an added regular order of fries.
Drive Thru service is really quick.
Let’s hear it for those intercom things where you place your order.
Now you see your order displayed so you can be sure you got everything you want.
Is it just me getting old, but I remember those intercoms that were very static-​ky and you’d end up with some odd thing in your bag once in a while.

Always un satisfied with my food. The look and taste of the drive thru orders I received are pathetic. When dining inside its a bit better but, to me I drive thru a lot and I pass on this location every time.

I Waited nearly twenty minutes for my food. I have had multiple bad experience at this Carl’s. Don’t go here.

There were definitely a lot of people in the drive/​thru, but there normally is on the weekends, and I’ve never waited that long before.
Plus, they stuffed everything I ordered into one bag.
Really?
Two sandwiches. Two fries. Two fried zucchinis. IN ONE MEDIUM SIZED BAG?!
I could barely hold onto it as she passed it to me!
Plus, when I asked for sauces, the drive-​thru person just looked at me and kind of rolled her eyes.
Really?
Rude.

If I could give this joint negative points I would. Not only is it dirty and bums hang out inside. The catsup dispenser was empty and the coke machine had no carbonation in it.
Now let’s talk about customer service!!! YIKES… IT SUCKS. TOOK ALMOST 10 MINUTES BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDERS. That would have been satisfactory but there was only one person in front of us. I would go on about the service but it is making me frustrated just rehashing the experience.
HA SO MY FIANCE JUST CAME OUT OF THE MEN’S RESTROOM AND HE SAID IT WAS SO DIRTY. NO TOILET PAPER AND URINE ON THE SEAT.
I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN !!!

Well I hate to add a two star review as I love Carl’s Jr… but this experience today definitely deserved it.
Let me say that the reason it is a two star instead of a one is because I have hardly ever had issues in the drive thru here luckily. I may have ordered inside once or twice, and officially ate inside today.
We stopped by on our way to a show as I was craving a western bacon cheeseburger. (my favorite).
My husband ordered the five piece chicken taquitos from the Green Burrito side, and I got my western bacon cheeseburger combo.
We looked at every available booth and every single one of them was dirty and had crumbs and trash on the tables and trash under them. We ended up sitting at one of the high tables.
I went to get ketchup. No ketchup. They were fully aware and supplied me packets with my meal. No napkins at our table either. My husband ventured off to go get some.
After at least ten minutes of waiting for our food it finally arrived. They informed him that they were also out of cheese so his taquitos had no melted cheese on top. They were a little slimy inside so they didn’t appear to be fully cooked.
As if all this wasn’t enough, we heard the ladies at the nearby table return some sort of burrito. I guess she had a few but decided that she didn’t like it and didn’t want the second one. We heard the employee say, «Okay, I will put it back.»
!!!
Put it back? Is that seriously going to someone else? What if they did something to it? I highly doubt she meant put it back in the trash as it was never there.
Unfortunately I will probably have to keep coming back to this location as it is the only local one that seems to have a Green Burrito with it, and we usually want at least one item from it. I am even thinking about trying the San Diego burrito next time. I hope it won’t be one that someone returns…
And worst of all, my western bacon cheeseburger wasn’t even good this time. It usually this. I couldn’t even satisfy my craving.

I’m not sure when the western Bacon cheese burger came out or if it has always been available but it’s my favorite. There is something about the mix of bbq and bacon on a cheese burger that is amazing, especially when it is super hot and off fresh off the grill. I DON’T care for it to have been sitting in the warmer.
I don’t really get anything that is sweet from here so I can’t comment. Everything looks dry or likes it’s been sitting on display for way too long. If I’m going to eat something sweet I prefer it to be fresh. The other thing that seems popular EVERYWHERE are sweet potato fries. I’m really NOT a fan of this ANYWHERE! You do know there is NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE to these things once they have been DEEP FRIED! While they might be a tasty upgrade to the regular French fry they always seem over cooked to me and have a hard outer coating. I don’t like any food that cuts up the roof of my mouth!
But over all my favorite is the Western Bacon Cheese burger and as long as they continue to make this well I will go back for it. Plus my it is always a travel necessity when I visit friends. Hardy’s is apparently related but they don’t have this item on their menu. So I usually roll with 4 deep heading out of town. And they freeze well. Nuke for a couple minutes and it’s the next best thing to being fresh!
