Panda Express

Wow, horrible customer service. Every time I come here I leave angry. As many others have mentioned the portions are not very good. I don’t expect my plate to be packed to the brim but I do expect to get what I paid for at least. The staff that serve the food are incredibly rude. They will see an increasingly long line and serve food with no sense of urgency. There is one staff member in particular that has a horrible attitude. I told her what I wanted and she began to serve me something else, when I told her that she had served me the incorrect side, she rolled her eyes at me. Another day, I came in with my boyfriend and we had issues with the same lady. We had taken the survey on the back of a previous receipt so we could get a free entrée. We asked a staff member if we could get a three entrée plate and the free entrée on the side, she kindly said we could. So once we finally sat down to eat, I realized that we had not gotten our free item. We went back to ask why we had not received the free entrée, and the rude server said that we could not get a three entrée plate and use the coupon. We were upset that we were given the wrong information, and they did nothing to make up for their mistake.

Hi! I am here at my local Panda Express for lunch! I am eating fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, fiery chicken, fortune cookie and Dr. Pepper soda!!! I love coming here. Everybody is so nice. The food is delicious. I, ll be coming back here again.

They have decent food is you want something somewhat Asian and your in a They never have more than 1 person working the counter at a time and usually that person is slow therefore if you are in a rush you probably shouldn’t come here

This place is so slow went there for 3 teriyaki chicken and chow mein plates took me over 25 minutes to get my order and when I got my food I was so mad I just left. Got home to realize that the portions the very thin Asian girl and her Co-​worker gave me was horrible the teriyaki chicken only filled up one side even though I order double teriyaki and the chow mein was burnt.

Hmm. This place opened 6 minutes late. Fried rice was not cooked this morning. It as rushed. You can chew this and feel that uncooked rice flour in your mouth. It was not seasoned well. Was too bland. The brocolli and beef was good but the brocolli itself was not cooked. It taste and feel raw. I am not too please with this mornings cooking.
I just figured out… this morning, they used the left over brown rice to make fried rice. I asked after a while and found out it was brown rice.
They took care of me regardless. Not too pleasing this morning but this is my to go to. Love this place and their customer service.

Panda Express used to be so good when it first was introduced to California. My broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way. The two employees were very slow. It wasn’t very hot either. but at least the orange chicken is alway on point.

I know it’s fast food vut I am disappointed they gave me the most burnt egg roll they had. Boo. And the noodles weren’t right. Very very dry and way too much oninon. the lady serving food was also already picking what side we wanted before we could even tell her. Making me fewl rushed out, and not apperciated l. But its timing I’m sure still sucks. I rarely get to eat here, now it’s gonna be longer till I come back

I go to this place wayyyy to much! My 6 year old loves there food. He always gets the teriyaki
chicken sauce/​on and fried rice. I try not to eat here. I try to just get a kids meal too. lol
It always seems they try to sell some of the old crusty ones first. I always ask for a fresh one.

I did my order online and when I came in I still had to wait for my food. I thought putting the order in a head of time would save time but I guess not

Portions are smaller compared to other Panda Express i’ve been to. I only had 3 walnut shrimps on my entrée! And that’s an additional $$ to the regular price! Sux!

The only panda expressed I’ve encountered that gives you small portions like if its coming out of their pocket.

If i could give them negative stars i would i just went there and had to wait 15 mns for my orange chicken and their steamed veggies were fucking disgusting looking… Heres a picture to prove it! «fresh veggies cut daily» yea bs

Pretty disappointing when they forget to give you teriyaki sauce with your chicken twice in a row. My significant other is quite upset with this occurrence.

Panda express has always been like a fast food of the chinese to me. Everything is not that bad but I’d rather have my mom or dad cook me the dishes they save. I’m so use to the chow mein being fat noodles the chow mein at any panda express kind of sucks but if i’m really craving some noodles for $ 4 (large side) I would come here and skip the orange chicken/​any other entrée since its pretty pricey and they don’t give alot

My go to fast and favorite Chinese takeout! Whenever I’m craving some chinese food, I come here. I’m in and out in less that than 10 minutes.

I am here at my local Panda Express!!! I love coming here. The food is very delicious! This resturant has a variety of food choices. I am eating fried Rice, honey Walnut shrimp and beef and mushrooms and zucchini with a medium Dr. Pepper! Delicious food!

My experience was horrible. The employee, Yao, was cold and quite frankly an a-​hole. When I asked for chop sticks he mumbled something and flicked some behind the counter, gave me my receipt, and walked away. I actually had to reach over the counter by the register to get them myself. Won’t be doing business here anymore.

Four star review not because of the food, but because of the service. When there was a problem with my food, they took it back and gave me a new one with an apology, smile and no questions asked.

Food always fresh and it clean place, I took my sister she loved. I’m a very happy customer!!!

I had a quick bite here for dinner. I ordered the chicken and green bean a la cart. The meal was good, but it was a little on the salty side and heavy on the sauce. My biggest disappointment was that the ratio of chicken to vegetables. (
) I had to dig for some chicken. Do not get me wrong, I enjoyed the onions and green beans, but when the meal is about 20% chicken to 80% veggies, it can make you fell bummed out. Well, at least I was.
The meal cost $ 3.25 plus tax and service was good. The place was nice and clean with plenty of seating on the outside. Give me more chicken and tend to the ingredients, and hooray you have a winner!
