BEST PHILLY CHEESESTEAK IN TOWN — Hands Down!!! I’ve turned several friends onto this sub! You definitely won’t regret trying one today! This is one of their #1 menu items! Mmmm… :-P

What a model of inefficiency. This place is slowwwww. Spent 45 minutes waiting on 2 sandwiches to go. Got home and nothing on the order was correct. In fact, we got someone elses order. We were the only ones waiting. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The people working there are completely disorganized almost like they have had zero training.

They are always out of the black bean veggie burger, every time I come here. I go to Lenny’s because they offer one of the better veggie burgers in Knoxville, but this location is always out. I hate the super veggie sandwich and those are the only two vegetarian sandwiches on the menu. I’m never visiting this location again.

Horrible service. They place a higher importance on to go orders over eat in orders.
We placed our order at 701pm. At 715 we are still waiting. Note: we are one of two customers in the place.
The food may be ok but customer service stinks. If you are in a hurry, call ahead.
Bread was hard. Had to take top bread off to eat it.
The guy running the counter kept very busy. The guy in the back making to go orders made repeated trips to the drink machine, took a break, kept pulling up his pants and texting.
