She said: After a great experience at another Firehouse Subs location, we gave this one a try. We were NOT disappointed! The meatball sub was awesome! The guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

This is the second time I’ve eaten at this deli. Both times, the order has been wrong. Both times, I’ve tried to explain patiently – even shown them their receipt where the items are listed wrong – and each time I get attitude.
While the menu and interior are different, it’s not worth the trouble of repeating myself and trying to be patient just to get a simple order right.
