Slow slow service. Not enough employees. Good sandwich but expensive for what you get. But nobody has 23 min to wait on a sandwich after ordering

I have found that this restaurant has better quality food than other sub places. I like the subs I buy from this place. They have an option to «Skinny the Wich»(removing the bread from the middle of the sandwich). I rarely see other sub places do that. They offer S(7 in), M(10 in), L(14 in) subs. Most other places only offer 6 or 12 in. Even if you ask gor a smaller sub(say 3 in), its a complicated thing for the cashier to get it the price correct so as not to overcharge. The reason(s) I gave 4 stars instead of 5 are as follows: 1) they have quality bread as I meantioned before, HOWEVER their wheat bread could have more whole grain in it. It seems too light(in color) than the whole wheat bread I’ve seen. 2) if their prices were a little lower, that would definitely help! When you get a sandwich from here, it is a quality sandwich, but not every one can afford $ 6 + for a small sandwich. Overall, the food is good!

For a chain sandwich shop, this has to be my favorite. There are so many options, I really don’t see how anyone couldn’t find something they liked. They also have vegetarian sandwiches and you can make any sandy into a salad. This location is clean and the employees are always very friendly.

A weekly must. Everything I’ve had off the menu has met/surpassed expectations. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the app makes ordering ahead a breeze(so you don’t have to waste time filling out your bag in store). Never was a fan of those other sandwich chains, but WW is something special.

I would much rather have firehouse than this franchise. At least that is what I would say, after my first visit. The concept is unique in that, upon arrival you pick what sandwich you would like and fill out a paper bag, with all the ingredients and your name on it. They also offer some sandwich toppings I haven’t seen anywhere else, like an olive relish and mushrooms, a wide variety of cheeses, veggies and sauces. I ordered their signature sandwich the«wicked», it didn’t seem like there was enough bread, making the sandwich a little crunchy and super messy, the meat wasn’t very flavorful and the sandwich wasn’t near as cheesy as one would expect after they boast of three cheeses of your choosing. Again, the sandwich was super messy so expect to use a ton of napkins and if you eat there, don’t expect comfy seating. The worst part is that even though we paid on the same check, my husband got his sandwich several minutes before me. I hate it when places do that, people go out to eat together because they want to eat together, I also don’t like that every sandwich is served in a bag, there are no baskets or plates for in house dining. The best part was the cookie, they heat it up for you and it was melt in your mouth good. I will likely try this place again and have a different sandwich.

Staff was very friendly and explained the rather unique ordering system(grab a numbered paper bag corresponding the menu and mark all ingredients you want). Sandwich was good but little on the salty side. Napkin dispensers on the tables would be nice instead of one big paper towel roll by the drinks. I have been several different sandwich chains and all are pretty much the same.

Being from Florida I have missed finding a good or for that fact a cuban sandwhich. Well I went to Which Wich for the first time today and was excited to see that they had a cuban sandwhich on the menu. Much to my dismay I ordered it and, well, to say the least was so disappointed. When you have a cuban sandwhich on the menu please even if you don’t have cuban bread atleast try to make it like it should be and don’t just slap some ham, pork and pickles and call it a cuban. You did not even use a press on it, you just sent it through a toaster. Shame on you guys. You have butchered what has to be one of the best sandwiches ever. Please take it of the menu of learn to make it the right way. Of I could I would give it negative stars.

Great food and phenomenal customer service. Loved the BLT with Avocado. Chocolate chip cookie was served warm and was scrumptious. There is a sandwich for every appetite. Vegan options. We will be back.

Was this the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever had? No. But it’s the best *chain restaurant* sandwich I’ve ever had –miles better than Subway or Firehouse. I’ve only eaten there twice and both times I’ve gotten the grinder, so my knowledge of their menu is fairly limited — but the grinder is quality eats and my partner in crime loved her shrimp banh mi. The sandwiches are HIGHLY customizable — they’ve got a ton of toppings, more than other places and better quality(except I’d avoid the avocado — it seems to be a bland, mushy mess. It’s possible that it’s soylent green, actually.) Also — okay, I’m biased toward this place because it’s totally an introvert’s paradise. How it works is you go in, grab a paper bag from the wall, put a check by the sandwich and all the ingredients you want(they’re listed on the bag), and just shove it at the cashier and fork over some money. A few minutes later, you have your sandwich and you don’t have to say anything other than«thank you.» IT’S GREAT. No more pressing on-the-spot questions like«do you want cucumbers on that?» I DON’T KNOW, SANDWICHARTIST! You sprung the cucumbers on me! I wasn’t expecting that question! I need time to think! Were you saying that because you RECOMMEND the cucumbers or because you think I look like someone who would like cucumbers on my sandwich? And if so, what’s THAT supposed to mean? None of that pressure at this place! Service has been friendly each time I’ve been in and restaurant is clean. I’m never there during peak hours so I don’t know how busy it truly is, but I hope it stays in business because this is an excellent lunch option. PS– They have a gyro, yet pita bread doesn’t seem to make an appearance on their menu. I guess they. put it on Italian bread? I’m not sure how I feel about that. I am both titillated and frightened. I mean, I’ll do some pretty unsavory things for a gyro, but I don’t know if I’ll go that far.

The subway comparison is bizarre, there is no comparison. Good sandwiches, made from many more ingredient options that seem higher quality than what huge chains have. Sandwiches are easy to customize via their smart ordering system. Not terribly expensive either. The only complaint I have is the strict adherence to the small water cup. I’m just drinking water, «I am not a crook!»

Wow. Great Sandwich. I got a muffelatta sandwich and it was delicious. i liked the ease of marking my toppings, then handing it over to the attendant guaranteeing I only get what I marked. This was a great place for lunch. I got the 10″ it was big enough for two people. I ended up saving ½ for later. I would recommend. Subway doesn’t even compare

I really don’t see what people are so excited about. Honestly subway is better than this place and a lot less expensive. The meat is chopped up so its next to impossible to eat without half of it falling off the sandwich. The ordering process is confusing and if there are people behind you one feels like you are being rushed through he process. There are better options close by.
