Oh My! I love Holy Smokin BBQ, everything is top notch, every time. Patrick makes some of the best BBQ outside of Texas. I tried his smoked mac and cheese today, wow! This is a knoxville must have, I recommend the ribs, wings, and cornbread salad. Thanks Holy Smokin BBQ for the great service and great food.

We tried pulled pork, beef brisket, smoky dog, and grilled mac and cheese on this adventure. The pork and smoky dog had great flavor. The sauce here is amazing! The beef brisket was fatty and heavy (had indigestion and tasted it for a couple days after). The mac and cheese was ok, and tasted smoky. I would eat here again.
