Gonzo Gourmet

Gonzo is straight up addictive y’all, and all other food will start to seem mediocre by comparison. Try the hot chicken and every other chicken will seem bland & pointless after that. Eat their onion rings that are always crispy with a tempura-​like batter, and the next time you get them somewhere else, you’re gonna cry because no one else can seem to make onion rings that aren’t breaded to hell & back and falling apart in your hands. Fried avocado taco? Good luck even finding someone else to attempt that one! The black bean burger is good enough to tempt die hard carnivores away for an evening just because it tastes so good on its own, for real. Bacon wrapped hot dog? Shut the hell up and just take my money already!
If I had to offer any suggestion, it would be to find a way to add in one «healthy» option to the rotation sometimes, because at some point, my arteries are going to cry uncle even as my mouth will want more fried things. The veggie burger is sort of that now, but I bet y’all could do something great with a kale salad or your very own spicy? hummus creation with raw veggies, something easy and guilt-​free like that, you know, when we all have to atone for months of hot chicken chow downs!

These guys know taste and flavor. Everything i have tried there was full of different flavors, not necessarily hot but with a kick when it is needed. Gyro has real lamb and good taste of tzatziki. Hot dog in bacon is one of the best i have tried here. Chicken is both spicy and not wrapped in huge amount deep fried crust. Onion rings are crunchy but not greasy. Celebration of flavor. Plus, stuff is friendly and cool, but not annoyingly communicative, since i am not very talkative. Best Food truck in town.

Wowza! I’m feeling the south run through my veins! The shrimp and grits with bacon were the bomb dot com! Packed with so much flavor and I couldn’t put it down! Noms! The grits were cooked perfect for a florida southern girl. The shrimp were not over cooked and the bacon was the perfect touch to the dish (bowl).
The staff was super rad and talkative. You can tell they sincerely put thought into the foodz!
You can’t miss the green truck! So when you have a chance and you want some delicious food. Definitely give Gonzo the go go go!

They have a really good «Hot Chicken»
Its a spicy chicken breast but not so much as too spicy, just enough spice to make the chicken taste very flavorful! They have really good onion rings and cheesecake too.
Would recommend.

Yes & No, Food was amazing, shrimp po boy, can’t wait to try their fried avocado next time, some how my food order got lost so I waited an x few minutes, but when I explained the situation Gonzo & his team quickly made my order available…
