I paid $ 9 and waited 45 minutes for the smallest Cuban sandwich I’ve ever seen. It was burned, too. I’ve had good food from this guy before but my last experience here was awful.

I had thought this was only a Crepes food truck, until looking closely at the menu. They have as many different tacos as they did crepes! Not sure why tacos isn’t out the outside of the food truck as well, but ok. I had the shrimp taco and my boyfriend had the trout taco. I figured at $ 6 for my shrimp taco I would at least be getting two tacos, NOPE. I purchased one soft taco with the smallest shrimps for $ 6, so that will not be happening again. Especially when I can go to any Mexican restaurant around a get a full dinner combo for $ 10. The taco was ok, but not six dollars ok, especially with tiny shrimp. My boyfriend said his was good, but alas not six dollars good either. They do offer quite a few vegetarian /vegan options, they had tofu and seitan as substitute meat options.

My scrambled tofu taco was cold. which didn’t make sense because I saw them making it. Well, I saw it on the grill. I guess it was premade and they didn’t heat it long enough. I’m not a fan of soft shell tacos unless they have the grilled marks and it actually grilled. The scrambled tofu was on the pricey side for the quality and quantity. I also tried the bbq seitan and I’ve had better. The crowd I went with was amazed by it but they never had seitan before so they couldn’t compare. I’m glad they like seitan though!
