I found Checkerboard Cheese to be amazing. It’s the perfect compliment to a night out of having a few beers.
My sandwich was just the right size and consistency. The cheese was melted perfectly and wasjust the right size.
The staff is friendly and quick and efficient. The only complaint I have is that in sure this breaks with my diet.

We showed up to the casual pint for a beer and the checkerboard cheese truck was here!!! I’m so pleased with our food. I ordered the pulled pork and cheddar and loved my sandwich. My boyfriend got the Swiss and bacon sandwich and I’m ALMOST jealous, but mine was so good I don’t even care. The service was quick (less than 5 min) and they delivered our food to us in the Casual Pint. I’m impressed.

I can’t say this was expensive but it was for the quality. I ordered a grilled cheese with swiss, american, cheddar, pepperjack, and another type of cheese. I expecting it to be a thick layer of cheese since I paid extra for all the cheese but it wasn’t. Besides the fact that the layer of cheese was so thin, there was nothing thrilling about it. They literally just put cheese in it. usually grilled cheese joints have a secret ingredient or style to make it seem like you can’t duplicate at home.
