Food expo on June 16, they weren’t serving sliders. Don’t you think if it says SLIDERS in huge letters on your food truck you should maybe serve some freakn sliders??? Fail

Yummy! Finally got the chance to try out This fabulous food truck at an event at RiverView Farm. I forgot to take a picture(whoops), but I tried a Route 66 slider and chicken carbonara slider with fries. The Route 66 is a grilled burger patty with cheddar, bacon, grilled onions, ketchup and lettuce. This is a great burger! My family also tried the Route 66 sliders and loved them! Perfectly cooked and juicy. The chicken carbonara was my favorite! It’s a piece of grilled chicken breast with provolone I believe, bacon, lettuce, tomato and spicy ranch. It’s so delicious! The spicy ranch has a great kick, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned. The fries were good, nothing special, but good. A slider meal is $ 9 and comes with fries and two sliders of your choice. This is a great truck for families too because of the slider size! Check them out!

Best food truck in Knoxville … You would be cheating yourself if you didn’t give him a try!

I absolutely love these burgers. I have tried all of them and the Cali burger is always a great choice. Fresh toppings and delicious hand cut fries to go with a great price $ 8. The guy working the truck is always extremely polite and offered us free water while we waited for our burgers. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone in the mood for burgers/sliders.

I’m over here at the Floor and Décor getting tile samples for the spare bathroom remodel and they had FREE sliders and fries from this establishment paid for by floor and décor, we couldn’t resist… I have eaten at this food truck before and like always we enjoyed it very much. It’s the perfect size hamburger if your like us and on a diet. Got the cheeseburger and fries, real hamburger meat unlike McDonalds and it wasn’t a frozen patty. Fries were really good, not that greasy or overcooked. Really good. Great friendly smile from the gal that greeted us and asked what we would like cheeseburger or hamburger. Will eat here again…

The beauty of food trucks is you can get extremely high quality food relatively quickly without having to pay 20 percent gratuity for sitting in a restaurant. Canny F needs to remember that. Forks on the Road has extremely well crafted burgers that comes with toppings like brie, gouda, specialty sauces(made with things like apple pie moonshine), berry jam, and maple aioli. Their sweet potato fries are delicious and guilt-free, and their service is always profession! A definite got-to-try when you’re in town.

After the beer run, we raced down to the food truck festival, which sucked because it wasn’t even packed with food trucks. I saw this one and ordered the black bean slider with regular fries and ate some sweet potato fries with a cinnamon sugar dip from a fellow Unilocaler. I considered it pricey for the quality. My friends were amazed with the black bean slider but having so many before makes my taste buds immune to typical burgers. At least it wasn’t dry! As for the sweet potato fries, I found the paired dip an interesting twist, since it turned it into more of a sweet than savory side dish.
