My girlfriend and I stopped by Retro Station after hearing that there were new owners. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the changes. The atmosphere is a fun, 50’s theme. Very cool. We ordered the cheese garlic bread and a deep dish pizza. I must tell you, the garlic bread was exceptional and the pizza is one of the best I have tried in a long time. The service was awesome and the owners are the sweetest people. They have really turned the place around. They made us feel like very special customers and made sure that we enjoyed our night. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve tried a lot of pizza places in Orlando since I moved here. Being from New York every place had failed in comparison. That is until I found Retro Station on grubhub. I was expecting something mediocre. You know, a thin layer of cold cheese and that distinct city water taste in the crust. Mmmmm fluorine. And then I opened the box to something. something glorious. «It can’t possibly taste as good as it looks and smells. can it?» I said as my roommate scrambled to find the pie server, throwing utensils throughout the kitchen. The cheese, spectacular. Normal tasting crust like New York, awesome. I ONLY order pizza from Retro Station now. In fact next month our lease is up and we are remaining in the area simply so I an continue to binge eat their pizza. Not to mention the delivery guy is incredibly nice and has one awesome hat.

I loved it! Ambiente familiar, atendimento bacanerrico com música ambiente anos 50. A comida é maravilhosa! Vale muito a pena conhecer quando estiver em Orlando/Kissimmee. Ótimos preços.

Food was ok but the kitchen was SLOW. it took 45 minutes for an appetizer of calamari, wings and cheese sticks. There were only 4 other tables in the place besides us. We won’t be back unless we have nothing better to do than wait for food while listening to Elvis songs.

We got delivery from Eat 24 and it took less time than we were quoted which is great. We got mozzarella sticks, cheesy bread and a cheese pizza. The mozzarella sticks were ok, probably just frozen, no seasoning tasted kinda bland, Pizza was also just ok, no seasonings on the pizza. The real winner was the cheesy bread, it was very yummy and the sauce that came with it was great. If it wasn’t for the cheesy bread the review would def. be a 1 or 2 star. We thought we would give this restaurant another try now that it is under new management but i don’t think we will be returning.

A cute little Italian restaurant. The waitresses dress in 50s style clothes, and they play Elvis music. I ordered Italian beef and salad. The house salad was very fresh and had a lot of vegetables in it, not just lettuce. The Italian beef while good, was not as good as my Mom’s. Maybe that’s too hard of a standard. I definitely would go again.

If I could give 5 stars for pride and passion in their restaurant They would get it. They love what they do and are very proud of it. Service is great. However, we tried the thin pizza and it was mediocre. The sauce was very good but the crust seemed processed and pre-made, like store bought. In all fairness they boast the deep dish pizza that we did not try. So maybe it’s better. We had the beef vegetable soup, which was more European and a potato soup. Not bad but odd for an Italian restaurant.

Let’s start with the comparisons and get that out of the way. We have eating at Giordano’s several times over the last several years because we come to Orlando to eat Chicago style pizza. We have also eaten at Uno’s. The décor when you walk into this restaurant looks exactly like to Giordano’s. However we like this pizza much more because the sauce was so much better and there was very little of it. It did not overwhelm the taste of the deep dish pizza. We have never had a good pizza from Uno’s so the comparison doesn’t really have to go much further than that. Similar to the other two chains you will wait about 35 to 40 minutes for fresh pizza to be made if you eat a deep dish pizza. They open your meal by placing homemade saltine crackers at your table with some really tasty red sauce. I advise that you wait to eat the red sauce until after you get your pizza because the crust of the pizza with the red dipping sauce on it tastes amazing. Each individual slice of pizza weigh nearly 1 pound. We ordered a medium cheese with black olives on one side and mushrooms on the other. There were three of us and we’re taking a fourth of the pizza home. With three sodas the total check came out to less than $ 25. The other thing that is very important to us when we go out to eat is the quality of service that we received. This restaurant opened at 1 p.m. and we were the first people to come in. In fact nobody else showed up till nearly 2 p.m. on a Sunday. We had a ton of attention and my sons root beer was refilled no less than five times during our visit. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive to all of our needs noticing things that we needed before we knew we needed them. I find it strange that no one has use Unilocal to rate this restaurant before. Unilocal was the only site that had an accurate accounting of the hours. Yes, this place does not open until 1 p.m. for lunch. However it is absolutely delicious and I urge you to try it out.
