Drive thru: I come from up north and drive thrus are just drive thrus occasionally you have slow days but never like here! Everyday is a jam. Unless no cars are there then it stands behind the name drive thru. It seems like the food is what keeps everyone waiting! Who ever is running the food production is way off. I am assuming that that person or persons arent that good at estimation. Sad thing is that it is not just this McDonalds is all of them. So sad.

I came here because I was in town to run the Walt Disney World Marathon and I always eat at McDonald’s before my races. It was located across the street from where I stayed. The dining area especially the drink dispenser station was a mess. Most of the time, the floors had trash. Otherwise, it’s just your regular modern looking McDonald’s with the same usual food menu on a fancy monitor display. Don’t come here expecting fine dining and you should be fine. I thought that the deluxe quarter pounder was pretty nice since I normally get the Big Mac meal.

The speed of service is, how should say, abysmal. Guys, this is a turist area, you MUST do better. 15 min to serve orders on a Saturday night is not acceptable. The digital menu screens are a hit and miss. They don’t show all items available simultaneously. Why? There’s a perfectly empty panel in the middle.

Eventually I’ll learn my lesson and stop coming here, but it’s the only location with a playground in the area and that’s the only positive thing about it. This location has been sub-​par for years. Not too long ago they completely refurbished the inside giving it a nice modern look, but nothing changed as far as cleanliness and service. It doesn’t matter what time of day or how busy they are, the inside is almost always messy, and the service is almost always extremely slow.

Purpose cuz I complained last time. We are locals and honestly worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to in 40 years and 20 states! Tourists please go to Burger King, checkers or a different Mcdonalds!’!
Obviously this place geared to serving food to tourists!!! Poor, poor tourists!!! Old dried out Nasty dry, dry, dry, small, baby burger patties at lunch time!!! Omg!!! They have tore down building a few years ago and built new restaurant recently. Stay away!!!

One of the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been in. Slow with service and all the tables are disgusting. After asking if one can be cleaned we were told it had to wait. Don’t eat here or you could end up with good poison.

Wow I have no words for this place! I didn’t even make it inside. I got stuck on the line of cars and decides to just stay on drive thru.
It took me over HALF AN HOUR to order 2 items! My order was so short. Seriously. The service was not bad but I will not make that mistake and come here again unless I have time to kill.
They need to add a lane for cars to pass if they are not ordering.

I’m really frustrated with this McDonalds. I’m a local and this is the closest McDonalds to where we live and their slow service, quality control, and lack of courtesy is just unacceptable. Management — if you’re listening, you have real problems at this location!

Not sure what people are complaining about. Have been here twice now for breakfast. Compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one is far better than most. Its clean, there aren’t any homeless people begging for money and the service is fine. If you like people watching then there’s that too.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They missed my hash brown and when I came back to get it they didn’t even apologize and the kid gave me a funny smile like its funny to waste other peoples time.
I called the manager to let them know and she sounded like she doesn’t care as well.
Really bad customer service.

I frequent the drive thru here quite often and since their update the speed of service has increased.
Even though I am trying to eat healthier these days I just can’t stay away from my all time favorite Egg McMuffin. These ladies and gentleman are always fast and friendly with a delicious sandwich.

Filthy! Looks like a brand new Restauraunt but I’m currently sitting in here on a Saturday night and there are 15 people in line and one cashier taking orders. Trash cans are over flowing. Straws are empty. Lids are out… tables are dirty. old food left on tables… floors
Are sticky… people are rude. Mamagement needs to pay attention to their team here as they’re understaffed and it shows. Gross

Worst McDonalds ever… Why does it take 20 minutes to get food at a fast food restaurant. Well, the main reason is that the staff and management have no idea of what’s going on and argue with their customers… Really? It’s not that hard to make an ice cream cone, yet they look like a 3 yr old made them. Try to avoid if possible.
