Pizza Hut

Waited 30 minutes over the promise time for a carry out order. 3 people asked have I been helped and no one bothered to actually help until I flagged down the manager again who was the second person who asked if I was being helped. Bad service.

These guys came through in a clutch situation when all 5 members of my family were getting very hangry. Service was quick and food came out fast. It was tasty and exactly as ordered. Joel was a great server. Give these guys a chance to impress you. I’m a tough critic and was quite pleased.

Slow. Order was one large pizza and was 30 minutes late after promise time. Staff did not seem interested in servicing the customers that were waiting with me. If visiting Orlando like I was, look elsewhere.

I haven’t tried pizzahut since years. I orders chicken supreme and ultimate chicken lovers. Although I made a late order (11:30 pm) but the pizza was incredible. I suggest to give a try if you want good pizza!

Cherice and the team did an outstanding job handling a very busy restaurant last night. The server Dawn was super friendly and the pizzas and wings we ordered were great! Thanks. Try the cookie… it’s out of this world.

If there’s one thing you read in this review, it’s do not go to this place!
I waited behind the «wait to be seated sign» for about 5 minutes, when the father of the family in front of me (who were waiting longer) finally went into the kitchen for find someone. Mind you, this place was not busy. Before my group got seated, two guys got up and told the hostess that they were leaving. I’m not sure how they had been waiting with no service, but what stuck with me was that them leaving did not phase the hostess. Conveniently we got the table left by the two guys, otherwise I don’t’ know how long our wait would’ve been.
When the pizza came, it was an oily mess. It was not cut all the way through and any attempt to cut it further resulted in cheese and toppings being pulled off the crust.
If you are in this part of Kissimmee, don’t subject yourself to this place. There are enough better restaurants within walking distance.

We went there for an early lunch. The waitress was great and the food was the same as it is at every Pizza Hut. So if you like Pizza Hut then you will like this one. The one down fall is that there is no lunch buffet at this location.

Food was good, BUT they forgot all the ranch I ordered with all those wings I bought!!! I got charged all this money and didn’t get my ranch!

I didn’t like the pizza I picked up here. too much sauce and tasted awful when I tried to reheat it the next day. I don’t usually get Pizza Hut but I thought I’d try the dinner box special. I’ll stick to my usual Papa John’s next time.

Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs… It’s always ridiculously crowded and understaffed. I placed a to-​go order and they quoted me 15 minutes… It took a little over an hour. I know stuff happens, but they didn’t even apologize. I absolutely refuse to go back to this location!
The only thing that gives it 2 stars is the food… there was nothing wrong with it, on par with any other pizza hut.

About what you expect of Pizza Hut. They messed up our phone order but were very pleasant and made another while we waited.

Okay, so I don’t know how chain restaurants can vary so much, but I guess it really comes down to attitude.
And wow, this place was one of the most inattentive, lackadaisical places I’ve ever visited. It took 15 minutes to get our order, my water tasted like rotten lemonade, and the personal pan pizzas took 20 more minutes.
The wings were not good, which surprised me, because I generally have at least tolerable experiences with their wings (they are «Wing Street» these days, after all).
Overall, no one seemed to be «all there,» nor was there any concern for the customer. They were a friendly enough bunch, though — nothing nasty or mean.
Oh, bonus points for the «Every ingredient costs money» sign that was visible to patrons, as well as the obese tourists walking across 192 after dining here and literally stopping traffic with their blatant disregard for the dubiousness of jay-​walking.
