Domino’s Pizza

This is not a very good location… The driver who delivered our food was very rude… When asked why we didn’t have forks for the chocolate lava cakes we ordered, he said well they didn’t put it on the ticket… Really??? You need to be told to get forks…
The 40 wings we ordered were okay… Although, my wife couldn’t eat them because they were too spicy… We ordered mild wings… This location definitely needs some improving!

Returned to our hotel from the Disney Parks well after midnight and we were starving. This Domino’s delivers until 3am and we didn’t feel like going anywhere. We’ve had great experiences with the Domino’s that delivers to the Resorts on Disney Property, so we were hoping this location would also be a hit. Boy, was it a HUGE miss!
The guy on the phone who took my order was super nice. We ordered 40 wings (mild) and the chocolate lava crunch cake. I asked him three times before we hung up to make sure to send forks for the cake. I even joked around with him the last time I mentioned it and said, «Now, you PROMISE you’re not going to let them forget my forks.» He laughed and assured me he would not and that he even put it on the ticket for the driver.
Our food did arrive promptly, within 20 – 30 minutes. The delivery guy was a complete and utter jerk. There were no forks and when asked about the forks, he very rudely told us that they weren’t on the ticket.
Shame on me for not tasting the wings before I called about the forks. When I called the same guy answered who had taken my order. He was shocked to hear the driver said it wasn’t on the ticket and went to speak with his manager. He came back on the line and the manager said he’d send a driver with forks. I asked for a different driver because the initial one was such a jerk… the guy I was speaking with told me he wasn’t surprised in the least and knew exactly who he driver was.
Since that was all cleared up, we sat down to eat the wings. Notice before when I said we ordered mild wings? Nope. This were HOT… I mean FLAMING HOT. So hot I literally took one bite and couldn’t handle anymore. I just can’t take heat. Luckily, the spicy the better for my husband, so he was able to eat. I’ve had mild wings from Domino’s before, so I knew these were totally wrong. However, since I’d already called griping about forks, I didn’t want to call back griping about wings.
20 minutes after my phone call, the forks showed up with a different driver. This was one very nice and polite. The manager even sent another order of the chocolate lava crunch cakes because he knew the ones we had were cold at that point. I did appreciate that.
So, basically, I had cake for dinner. That pretty much sucked. Especially since I’m not THAT big on sweets and only ate three small bites of it before it got to the «too sweet» stage. I do have to rave about about those little cakes though. If you haven’t tried them, I highly urge you too. They are extremely good. They were even good the next night when we got back from the Parks and I wanted a snack.
I SHOULD have called back again about the wings being too hot, but I just didn’t want to be a bother. I can say that I highly doubt we’ll ever order from this Domino’s again. It’s too bad since we stay at this particular hotel often. In the future, I think we’ll just head to Waffle House or IHOP.

My first night on my honeymoon I didn’t feel like going anywhere. so I called for pizza and hot wings my food was great and it only took 15 min to get here.

After 2 years of ordering from this location, we will never order from them again. Their driver brought our food and asked my wife to see her credit card and ID. He was very aggressive with her and our kids who were standing there listening and watching. My son sensed something was wrong and ran to the back of the house to tell me Mom needed help. I came to the door and the driver was confrontational and told me before I could say a word, I need to see the credit card and ID before you get your food. I told him to calm down while my wife was going to get her purse and ID. I can tell you this isn’t proper and appropriate behavior for accepting credit cards. My wife and I have 15 plus years in the credit card processing industry.
After he left I called the store to talk to the manager. I told her the details and she acknowledged that there has been several complaints again this driver. She said she will let her manager know and said sorry.
I am following this complaint up with a formal complaint to my card issuer and they will take it from there to make sure this business accepts cards correctly. Furthermore I am writing to the corporation and letting them know how their franchise is treating customers. After many many years of buying from Dominos, this family will never order from them again.

I ordered the 23.99 deal said 45min to a hour for delivery… It TOOK two hours my kids we pissed and I was not happy then the delivery guy asked for a TIP lol dont think so the pizza was barley warm poor service never ordering from them again !!!

My Domino’s store pizza is great! Timing is perfect and pizza is always fresh and tastes very very good. Also de delivery guys are always the best — polite and professional!

I just ordered food from this store. I feel sick, part of the pizza was under cooked. The part that was cooked properly doesn’t taste right. I’m never ordering from this company again.

I love dominos but this pizza that i just ate had a very bad taste and I did read the previous reviews but had no other option besides puzza hut. I don’t really know the area so i went with dominos going against the reviews i read. I usually don’t write reviews but ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE. Don’t waste your money or you will find yourself her warning other people.

Pizza was dry, tasteless, no oregano and burnt. Felt like they just wanted our money with no care for the quality of food they were called for.

I have never, in 26 years, been to a place as unprofessional and rude as this location. As I am writing this review, I am sitting here waiting for my cheesy bread and lava cakes that I had to order ONLINE while I watched them ignore me and another customer.
To my surprise, they began talking about a customer in front of us. (And the guy actually just began making fun of ANOTHER customer). The things they were speaking about were NOT appropriate to be spoken in front of other people.
To this minute (and I have been in here for fifteen minutes) they have not acknowledged me.
Steer clear of this location!

I wish I could write a review on their pizza, but that would require me to have been able to order one, which I was unable to do. I tried to order a delivery pizza to a local resort and first I was hung up on, then the girl on the phone was extremely rude and argued with me that the resort phone number was incorrect, even though I was calling from a cell phone and gave her the entire address. After 10 minutes of arguing I finally gave up, because she clearly wasn’t going to help me. Thank goodness I found Gourmeto’s pizza which gave me WONDERFUL customer service and took my order right away with simply my address and phone number! It was so easy! I would highly recommend skipping over the hassle of Domino’s horrible customer service and going straight to Gourmeto’s!

Never actually ordered a pizza for carry out. It was fresh and painless. Just ordered it on m way there and ready in 10 minutes. AWESOME!!!
