I asked what kind of crust they had and was told hand toss, which is what I like. But the pizza was really thin. $ 15.24 for a large pepperoni was not worth it. The pepperoni was spicy like they use cheap pepperoni with paprika on it to give it flavor. And something must be wrong with phones, they had some type of delay it was hard ordering because each of us was trying to talk. The delivery was fast though

Overall good. Crust was just thin enough. Toppings did slide off pizza a bit, but it was still great. Delivery time was fast and efficient. The toppings were also plentiful. Would order here again.

Worth figuring out where this is — but Delivery is best. This pizza is awesome — they do need a better location, have them deliver. All I can say is this pizza is great pizza and I am from the northeast. We know pizza.

Great pizza and Stromboli for Florida. Was visiting Disney looking for east coast pizza and found it. Stayed at a Disney resort — and they delivered.

Friday, 6:30PM. Called to place an order, got a recording saying that they were open 3 – 10 Tues-Sun and then was disconnected. Guess I will spend my money elsewhere. Update: Got a message from the business: «I apologize that you could not get through to us at 6:35pm when you called. We have two phone lines running through Google Voice and we can get many calls all at once. It is a Friday during prime dinner time business after all. Unfortunately the message wasn’t changed to a „Please call back“ voicemail message by the person running the shift today. You were not disconnected, as you say, you were able to record a brief voicemail and could have gave us a ring again after the call had ended. 99.9% of our customers will give us a call back even if they are from out of town and don’t know how our business is run. We would have loved to deliver our pizzas right to if you had given us more of a chance to. Enjoy your weekend, Sue» What I got out of this was that it was my fault. Mine. Not the fault of the person who didn’t change the message. Well, sorry, but my clairvoyance wasn’t working so well last night for me to know that I have to continually call back when I receive a message that to me indicates that you are closed. But hey, at least we all know how their«business is run» now. Uno down the street actually answered their phone during the same busy period a moment or two after we tried calling this place and delivered our pizza with zero problems. Update 2: Response to the owner’s response. Ya know, it’s funny how I’m still to blame here; that I would rather post a negative review than enjoy this establishment’s food. She also erroneously comments that I compared her restaurant to Uno — which I didn’t and could not have since I wasn’t able to try their pizza and had to go to Uno as my SECOND choice. It might also be noted that I did NOT review Uno. Nor have I received any of these«perks» that she mentions. My review was posted to alert other Unilocalers that when I called, no one answered the phone, and I was led to believe that they were closed. No more, no less. However, given how they chose to put the onus on me twice now to persevere in my attempt to partake of their assuredly delightful fare, I think it’s clear that they have forgotten how to treat(potential) customers. A simple«Oops, we were too busy to take your call and had the wrong message on our answering system, I’m so sorry and we hope you will try us next time» would have sufficed, but instead, Susan implies that it’s my fault for not knowing that I am supposed to call back repeatedly. After all, 99% of everyone who apparently gets the same message somehow knows to do this, so I must be in the 1% of idiots who can’t figure it out. Good luck, Brick & Fire — you are far from the only pizza place on 192. Even if your pizza is the most amazing pizza ever made, there’s no way I’d spend my money there now.

Liked the pizza quite a bit. Best if you call for delivery though, as the place is kind of out of the way.

Really good pizza. We were staying at the ramada in kissimmi and ordered pizza from there and it came hot and delicious. Would definately recommend to others.

Waste of Money! Dry, barely any Sauce. They completely forgot the marinara for the flat bread which was undercooked. So disappointing.

Regrettable I have to re-review this place. Anyone who knows me, knows I love pizza and to find a quality pizza place close by is a true pleasure. However, the last few times I have ordered from this place I have had the following challenges. The pizza was too thin to the point there was no substance to the pizza. I could not taste anything exactly a bit of tomatoes from toppings which were on it. Oil drowned the cheese and bread to the point you can see an oil stain on the table beneath. I’m not sure if I would order from them again. I was very disappointed.

The last time I left 5 stars but I have to change that. The past three times we’ve ordered the pizza it has either been missing ingredients, it was waaaaaaay too oily or the crust was so nonexistent that we could literally see through it. It’s been extremely disappointing to see the inconsistencies and feel like we can’t count on the establishment to serve the same consistent great product. Three stars.

Vacationing in the area and needed to find some good food fast, so I checked in with Unilocal for help. Saw that this place had some great reviews and was only a couple blocks away. Totally not disappointed!(thanks Unilocal reviewers) The entire fam-jam loved their thin crust pizzas. We ordered the margherita and the classic pizzas — both were made fresh with delicious ingredients. Like other reviewers have mentioned, this place is in an odd spot, but once you know have to navigate(right to the back of the Claremont Hotel, by the pool) it’s part of the charm. Also, we didn’t phone in our order, rather we just ordered for take out — while waiting, the staff were super friendly and courtesy. When i’m back in this area again, i’ll definitely be visiting Brick & Fire Pizza Express again.

This place by far out shines any chain delivery pizza place. The quality of the pizza is amazing. I recommend the brick and fire classic!

We ordered here because there was a coupon slid under our door for 4 drinks, chicken tenders and fries, 20 wings, and a large 2 topping pizza for $ 33.99. This is a great deal but reality is our total bill came to $ 44. They charge $ 2 to run your credit card then the rest is delivery charge even though they don’t allow pick up. Then the delivery man came into our room and stated he only makes $ 5/hr so he needs a good tip. Very weird. The pizza was good and so were the wings but I gave it a 3 because of poor customer service.

After seeing the many excellent reviews from fellow Unilocalers we knew we had to give Brick and Fire a try, and we are most definitely glad we did. The pizza was delicious and their thin crust style is hard to find among the other pizza purveyors in the area. They also have some very unique toppings options, which could be fun for those feeling more adventurous than we were the day we went. Their specials were also a great deal and the staff were very friendly about making recommendations. That said, I cannot emphasize enough just how hole-in-the-wall this location is. You literally have to drive through the parking lot of the Claremont Inn, park next to the pool, walk past any budget-conscious hotel guests enjoying said pool(who are most likely extremely confused about this whole situation) and place your order at the VERY small walk up window in the pool area. If you’re like us and don’t think to order in advance there is a small bar area where you can sit at the counter and wait, but as far as I remember they don’t actually serve any drinks. And since their entire establishment is a little smaller than a one car garage you’re in for an awkward experience unless you and the pizza maker are both feeling chatty. I’m not sure the quality of the pizza was quite good enough to warrant the inconvenience involved in getting it, so I don’t know that we’ll be back. But if you’re lucky enough to be within their delivery radius and looking for a departure from chain pizza, Brick and Fire is exactly what you’re looking for.

Loved everything about this place! So sick of expensive food that was mediocre at Gaylord Palms. Found this place on Unilocal! They were super nice on the phone and helpful when we had no menu. They got it to the hotel faster than expected and were very greatful with the tip. Pizza was excellent! Some of the best I have ever had. Will order from them in a heartbeat if in the area.

This is one of the better pizza places I’ve found so far in the Kissimmee area. This particular location is the express version of the main restaurant, which is in Orlando, so it has a much more limited menu. That said, all the pizzas I’ve gotten have been really good — perfectly tender crust, fresh ingredients, etc. The only small gripe I have is that the sauce doesn’t quite do it for me. It’s just a little too tomato-y for my taste. That’s just a preference thing, though, so don’t let that stop you from giving this place a try. Like other reviews have mentioned, the location is pretty bizarre. The first time I came here, I spent about 45 minutes driving around hunting for it before I finally just called to ask for help.(40 minutes too long? Yes, I’m a guy.) I can’t remember which hotel it is, but you have to drive past what looks like the check-in area and keep going, hugging the right side until you get to the hotel pool. The pizza stand is inside the pool gate, which also has a trick to opening it – you have to lift up on a piece on the gate that’s disguised to look like an ornamental knob and then push. The relative difficulty of getting to this place might scare some people off, but it shouldn’t. You’d be hard pressed to find better pizza anywhere near Irlo Bronson.
