It says it closes at 9:30 and I try to get to the parking lot at 9:05 and they just closed the doors in my face and wouldn’t open them. All while being pregnant and with an infant. Just said they were closed. Laughed and walked away. Horrible people working there.

Last year JC Penny’s had great men’s clothes. Now it’s just a sea of oversized cargo shorts and polos. Dissapointing. It feels like Sears in here now.

I usually am happy with the service I receive from the jcpenney salon. However a stylist turned my hair light orange… after I complained she toned it. It than was a lark orange with blonde streaks throughout. I called the salon manager to ask for a refund she was nice over the phone. When I went in to met with her she as very snotty and rude and did absolutely nothing. Apparently when your hair is orange they consider warm and that you are complaining for no reason. I will never go back to that salon because of that useless manager !

This isn’t a bad store, and the prices are lower than Kohl’s or Macy’s.
The store looks good. I just can’t imagine that they’ll get anyone into the store who is under 50, unless they have Sephora or something equally important to someone younger.
I can’t say that I saw anyone working there, and there weren’t many people in the store.

I have to admit, I was quite skeptical about JCP’s revamp… but now I’m a convert! Prices are definitely lower and I love that they have items from designers such as Jonathan Adler and Sir Terence Conran. Got some great deals there recently that make me want to come back.

JC Penny is trying hard to resurrect its failing business.
Prices are, indeed, somewhat lowernow — no coupons or a sale every other week.
Decent variety of ladies and kids clothes.
