Bruce really let me down. I hired his company to install an ductless AC system. It took him weeks to do it. Lots of technical failures on his part. He promised to pay for water damage caused by a poorly installed drain line but never did.

We met Bruce, the owner a couple years ago when using a Groupon for heater/​ac servicing. He did a great job and we have called him a couple times subsequent to the initial visit. We eventually purchased an energy efficient furnace (ours was 20 years old) from Bruce which was reasonably priced and has worked like a charm. This past weekend the pilot light went out and we called him on a Sunday morning. He showed up within an hour after he returned our call. He is such a nice guy, very low key. The furnace was still under warranty so the repair cost was covered to replace the switch (which took about ½ hour) but we appreciated the fact that he came out on a Sunday afternoon. We love to patronize local businesses. Precision Air Services provides excellent products and services with reasonable pricing. Bruce is our go-​to-​guy to heating & AC problems.
