Great attention to detail, and awesome with helping my family pick out the perfect pieces for our new house! It’s a shame that are so many «hidden» reviews down below that compliment this company perfectly– I highly recommend this company, and so do many others! Their show room office is great as well for getting ideas and to browse different options :)

The worst on every conceivable level. While remodeling our upstairs bathroom, they badly cracked the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom — installing what they touted as the «time and labor saving» shower pan. They taped down «protective» padding on our hardwood floors, but when they removed the tape at the end of the job, the tape pulled up the finish on the floor — –and they had the nerve to claim that the problem was not the strong adhesive tape they’d put down, but rather the poor finish on our floor!
Lastly, they installed a bathroom fan that was not the one we’d asked for. I called them on the day it was installed and asked them to take it out and replace it with the one I’d asked for (one which works extremely well in our downstairs bathroom). They refused, saying «the one we installed is better than the one you’ve asked for.» That has proven not to be the case, but now they are saying they won’t replace the fan because the remodel they did for us is «out of warranty.» They are haughty, expensive, combative and incompetent — –a very toxic combination.
I have refrained for months from posting my feelings about this firm because I don’t like to put «negative energy» out into the world; I feel there’s too much of that out there in the world already. But now I actually feel obligated to warn people about this firm. They caused my husband and me so much stress.
However, I would like to note that the two contractors Rinnovations hired to work on this project –Ricky and J.R. — –were wonderful in every way: reliable, cheerful and competent. It was truly a pleasure to have them both in my home.
