Usually, if I want fried fish we’ll come here.(If I want seafood prepared another way, I’ll make it at home rather than pay Red Lobster or Anthony’s to do the same thing.) The fish and chips here are fried well, so that they don’t retain as much oil as they do at other establishments. The clam strips taste relatively fresh, not rubbery. While not a fine seafood dining restaurant, it is my choice for my fried fish cravings. The customer service here is outstanding!!! I’ve never had less than stellar service here, with their employees providing some of the best customer service in the Tri-Cities. And I’m saying this as someone with several years of experience waiting tables. Just know that Fridays tend to be fairly busy.

Quit going because of cleanliness issues in the restaurant and getting sick when we went there.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place — the chowder in particular is excellent. The batter on the fish and the oysters was crunchy and relatively thick, that’s neither a plus nor a minus, just a preference thing. They’re quite cheap too. The winner here is the chowder, definitely. You can do all you can eat for $ 9, so I guess if I’m ever in the mood for a chowder binge in the tri cities, I know where to go!

Not bad… its consistently average. Chowder was hot, service was not.

Great fish and reasonable prices. We got a two-piece basket with fries and coleslaw for $ 4.99 This chain was once much more common and perhaps they’ve fallen out of favor because they have tried to do «too much». When I was a kid, they had 2 things, Fish-n-Chips and Clam Chowder. You didn’t come here unless that’s what you wanted, but what they did, they did well. My recommendation is still the same. Go here if you want good«fish and chips» or New England style clam chowder. It’s not up-scale or fancy, it’s still got that same old charm.
