We wanted seafood, good old fashioned comfort seafood. RL is a chain but in the Tri Cities it is the«go to» place for seafood especially when it is lobster time. It was a 30 to 45 minute wait for a table so we opted to go in the bar to sit and we had prompt service. The food was great. The bar staff was friendly and entertaining and the food was just what we were looking for. The restaurant was packed but our food arrived in a timely manor and was hot and properly prepared. Nice experience all around!

This place is so slow. Sadly the food is mediocre as well. You do know exactly what you are getting into when you visit. Maybe the service speed and quality will get better when there business slows down, but it seems people in the Tri-Cities are determined to support this place regardless. My wife has a dairy allergy and she was nice enough to go with me. We asked for vegetables with no butter. They said that was not a problem. Our food came out and we began eating. After eating a few bites the server swung by and said she did not check if her food came out without dairy. The vegetables turned out to be covered in butter not oil. We realized that we are responsible for where we choose to eat, but I expect an establishment to at least stand by its word or check. The prices are ridiculous. I think I’ll fly to Maine and catch my own lobster next time.

My first experience at Red Lobster was fantastic. Mostly because I had never really had seafood before and my expectations were much lower. I have gone here several times since then and I swear my experience gets worse and worse each time. The service stays the same, servers seem to be very apologetic due to wait times and orders that are wrong, but the food just gets worse and worse. Less and less tasty, luke warm, the seafood is definitely not fresh, I think the only thing that is generally pretty good is the garden salad and bay biscuits before your meal. They need to change the prices to accommodate the food.

Sooo not busy but stood waiting in lobby for about 15 minutes, actually walked around, saw a ton of open tables and staff not busy. Pretty ridiculous. Host acted busy by pushing a lot of buttons on monitor, watched him f that for 15 min. So silly

I submitted a survey regarding the BAD service I received plus I requested a phone call to discuss this situation further but nobody is willing to contact me so I am posting this review. I was with 3 other customers and totally ignored because I was African American. My friends were offered menus I had to request a menu even though we were together. When asked if we wanted to order drinks he took their orders and acted as if I did not exist! I had to inform him I also wanted to order a drink. He just totally did not want to assist me in any type of way. When talking to my friends he inquired were we from Chicago? They informed him I was the only one from Chicago. Still this employee totally acted like I did not exsist. Your employee needs to realize I’m a human being and need to be treated with just the same amount of respect as any other customer and my money spends just like the other person. I am upset because I really enjoy eating at Red Lobster but this employee has turned me off toward your particular location! I travel constantly for work but I know I will NEVER visit this particular location again!

Flies so many and they did nothing for us when we ask if they could do anything. most of the food was great but we couldn’t stand the flies so we left and tip here’s the tip get rid of the flies omg. 75.00 later and it was horrible experience. I can’t believe how bad and she forgot my soup and remembered as we were getting dinner and I said no thank you, dinner is here now. Took them 14 mins to get ticket paid. Not a good experience.

We just ate at the red lobster restaurant. I’ve been here several times but have never seen it as dirty as it was this time. The petitions they had that divided the rooms were totally covered with dust(at least a weeks worth). There were crumbs on the counters the bar, and dirt on the walls at the tables. The food is generally good there, but the uncleanliness this time gets a very low ranking from me. If the restaurant isn’t clean how do we know the food is clean? Come on RL, as much money as you charge you can afford to be clean at least!

We came in at lunch and had the harvest lobster bake and the fish and chips. Lobster was a tad over done but edible. The fish and chips were fine. The wait staff was nice but seemed a bit hurried on what seemed like a slow rainy afternoon.

Wow. nicely roomy and private space after remodel. we had THEMOSTEXCELLENTSERVICE and food. We both enjoyed bottle of wine and COLD beer w/delightful lobster dinner… very clean. prompt and repeditive service. the best. We will frequent Red Lobster just because ALL aspects of what a restaraunt should be. Staff LOVEDWHERETHEYWORK. really into their company. .we will return. couple from Irrigon, OR.

The tri-cities are bereft of good dining locations I am sorry to say. It always surprises me that I can go to a chain restaurant like Red Lobster and have a 25 minute wait; see 5 hostesses clustered at the desk; and see entire sections empty. The food was fair. A little too salty and the Cole slaw and sauces were too sweet for my taste. Not exceptional but nothing more or less than I have come to expect from the kitchen at the Red Lobster. I may have been put off for my dining experience because as I waited to be seated, another customer came in and said he was told he would have a 20 – 25 minute wait and he had already waited 45 and he wondered when he would be seared… the hostess quickly corrected him by stating that he had only waited 24 of his 25 minutes and he was next on the list to be seated. He walked away and she turned to another of the hostesses and made a smug face. It was so rude I should have walked out right then. The quality of food is important but Customer Service is equally important. Where do they serve that these days?

Been here on these troubled waters many times. Generally, I don’t wait in a waiting area while some blond female attendant brushes her hair in the back room, and the waiting area remains unattended. Either the manager is oblivious or absent. Wake-the-hell up and provide, awesome instead of mundane, service. After a few, the greeter pleasantly took me to a booth. Nice lady, this second one; the first one a putz!

It was late and I needed something relatively quick for dinner. Typically, I don’t eat at the big chain restaurants for several reasons. I had a pretty basic meal that would have been hard to screw up. There’s a fair amount of the fried items on the menu which I don’t eat by choice.(try to eat healthy) so I can’t comment on that. I found the staff to be friendly and courteous especially in the lounge.

Esther our waitress started off great and after our delicious meal arrived we got the big ignore from her. We ordered lobster tails, shrimp, apps and had several drinks apiece. But we sat waiting for our bill, a box for our food and possibly dessert. Maybe even another drink? Having a great experience up till that point… what did we do wrong? Also we each had a Caesar salad. Mine came in a chilled plate and my husbands came in a warm plate! Oh, and the lettuce was slightly wilted in both.

It’s a Red Lobster… I do have to say the staff here was extremely friendly and on point. I ordered the Shrimp Linguine A.K.A. plate of butter. It tasted pretty good in a «this is a nice guilty meal that isn’t even remotely close to fresh seafood or Italian,» sort of way. Then the pounds of butter, cream, and cheese hit me. As someone who never has a problem finishing a meal, I had to stop with a quarter of the plate left. I left having spent $ 20 on a microwave quality dinner, extremely full, and somewhat disgusted.

I admit the Cheddar Bay Biscuits drew me in. THEYARESOGOOD! I can’t lie. Let’s start with the hostess. As she delivered us to our table she said nothing to us. After we sat, she left. We felt like it was rude and that she could care less about us. Didn’t bother to ask if our table was ok, who our server was, nothing. Our server was super nice, but also super slllooowww. You know at the end of dinner when you really just want to get the hell out of there? We waited for our check for at least 10 minutes or more after we were finished eating. Then we waited for him to cash us out. Another 10 minutes. Seriously? As for the food, we shared the 2 for $ 25 meal. We shared an appetizer(fried cheese sticks, yum!) which were really good, and plentiful(we got like 12, I was surprised). Then we each had a salad(fine, kind of on the large side). My boyfriend got honey and garlic shrimp which came with broccoli and rice. His shrimp was really good! I didn’t like that they put the sauce over everything, as it made the rice taste kind of funny. Not bad. My Seafood Lovers Pasta should have been called Grease Lovers Pasta. Lots of super small shrimp, some small scallops, a few mussels, and a dish full of greasy buttery nasty sauce. Super disappointing and disgusting. It’s like a place I go every 10 years because I forget that the last time it sucked, and I could go for some biscuits. Next time though, I’ll keep driving.
