I agree with Nikki. Lady seems to be flirtatious with the men. Her physical appearance doesn’t seem to match up with certain health code requirements(hair pulled back). I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and she claimed it was broken. As I’m paying, another patron asked to have his toasted and right in it went. I did not think I had an attitude so I’m at a loss why she would lie to me and treat us with unnecessary trouble. I also had my 2 year old with me and I set him down to dig for my card in my purse. It was a gift card from my boss at Christmas. She made conversation to a coworker as we were filling up our drinks before leaving saying«she put her kid on the floor and paid with someone else’s money, typical». I about threw my drink at her. That is NOWAY to treat customers. Someone needs training in manners. 1 star only for being open. I won’t be back if that employee is working.

Reading the comments I think I might have liked the old staff better. The manager now is always in the back doorway talking to the employees or giving orders and it’s seems we wait between 5 and 10 minutes while she is chatting with the employees. I begin to think perhaps we need to make our own sandwiches. The staff I like, once they finally get permission to walk to the front of the counter and take orders they do fine. I would think wow we just walked in while they were doing a project but it’s happened at LEAST3x different days and times. Someone needs to let her know that greeting the customers promptly is also an Important piece of customer service!!!

My daughter just started at this location 2 days ago. She for 1 was NEVER asked to fill out proper t tax documentation. She was sexually harassed on her 2nd day of employment. On her 2nd day of employment was left alone in the front to run the store while the manager and all other emplyoees went to the back and smoked a little weed that one of the other employees brought with them. They do not wash hands in between cigarettes. I have filed a police report, am contacting any and all media sources and am quite obviously contacting corporate headquarters. I WILL file a suit against this franchise.

Knowing the old store manager who smoked weed and didn’t wash his hands on the job was terminated. It’s hard to give any subway a chance. The ppl there come out of the back room and don’t wash their hands god only know where there hands been.

It’s a Subway. I got exactly what I expected, an average sandwich made with average meats at an average price. Unlike the other reviewer(Nikki L.) I had no hygiene issues with the sandwich«artist.» In fact he was rather helpful when I requested an option(toasted) that would not go well with my sandwich choice(a BMT). The place was quite clean and I would return. Also, it seems that Subway is getting aggressive with monthly specials and I plan to keep my eye on those.

I’ve been to this place twice now and each time they were out of items. The sandwich artist had long hair that was unwashed and dandruff to the extreme. Her hair was hanging down right over the prep area. No ponytail or hairnet. Gross. This is the only subway that I’ve been to that does not pre measure the meat. They use a scoop. My steak and cheese did not have enough meat as normal. My husbands looked great though… hmmmm. My daughter did not like her meatball sandwich because they were out of mozzarella. There chip selection is small and very limited. I will not be returning.
