Food wasn’t bad. My frustration is how do you open a restaurant with having a changing station in either bathrooms! It’s not like you can just wait to you get home to change your kids diaper. This has to be an over site or something. In either case just a heads up for all the parents out there.

Awful. Pasta was literally play dough, my pizza was burnt, they had no selection of pizzas. I was so disappointed with this food and service at this cicis. The atmosphere is really nice, seems like they spend all their money on that. So upsetting.

Service was terrible. I understand young adults working there but they need to be taught customer service skills. Also cleanliness. Looked like a manager(in a polo shirt) looking something up on the register and hanging out with s drink and was unfriendly. The«shift leaders» we’re swinging dirty rags around the salad. And there was a teenager in the back with a empty water bottle with work out clothes. He was hanging out with other workers and around all the food. Very unsanitary! Disappointed my kids love cici’s

This is our favorite CiCi’s location! The staff is always incredibly friendly. The manager is hands on and making sure that you have everything you need. He always remembers my husband and I. The other staff members are equally as friendly. You never see anyone just standing around. They’re either making pizzas, bussing/sweeping around tables, or cleaning and replenishing the pizza bar. There is always fresh pizza, and they are always willing to make something upon request. For the price, there is not better pizza around. They beat out Little Caesers, Pizza Hut, and Dominos in my book. They make their dough fresh in store and cut the veggies fresh, too. Whenever we are in the mood for tasty pizza, this is where we go!

I’ve been to multiple cicis and this is by far my favorite location. Pizza was all fresh and the establishment is new and clean. we came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy there but I’m not too bothered by maneuvering around people to get to the buffet.

Came back to CiCi’s today(December 28th, 2015) and what a difference! It has made such a tremendous improvement since the last time I came into this restaurant. Even though the restaurant is small, it was very busy and filled with customers of all ages! Fresh, newly pizzas and desserts were constantly being restocked and tables/the floor were being cleaned as soon as customers were finished with their meals. Counters, trash area, and drink stations were neat and organized as well. The arcade is still small and hasn’t changed but is still there for people to play! Take-Out is still available :-) Customers still must clean up after themselves! Personalized pizza were made in a timely manner, even before the buzzer timer went off. Workers can make anything you like, just ask! The employees are actually taking their job very seriously now. Making sure the customers are taken care off. No more obnoxious yelling and laughter coming from the kitchen. They are all courteous and respectful inside the restaurant. The manager, Mike, is such a friendly and caring man. He makes sure the restaurant and workers were doing what they were supposed to, and also helps and works with employees do their jobs. Mike is also very nice and easy to speak with. In conclusion, I recommend going to this CiCi’s location if you’re in the area. Everyone is trained well and also, the pizza, pasta, and salad is great!

Clean, buffet stayed full, tables were cleaned as soon as customers left. Food was standard nothing less than an average cici’s.

This place is brand new and clean however its way too small for the amount of people that they try to cram in here. They were at max capacity the whole time and couldn’t keep up with the demand. Had to wait about 10 min for a table, cleaned it myself, zero pizza on the buffet table. Desserts disappeared within seconds.

Nice and clean. Friday night so it was busy. Manager was standing at cash register making sure you had a table. Plenty of pizza and desert. They have only been open couple of months. Give them a chance to work out the kinks. We will go back. Everyone was very friendly and polite. If you want a certain kind they will make it. Cleaner than most I’ve been in.

Today went with my son and hubby… It was busy. Salad was good the soup was watered down… Ordered a special pizza that was good. I went for dessert and cinnamon rolls were raw inside… I couldn’t find a a clean table they really need to keep that up since they ask the customer to clear your own table. Well if you want us to clear table then you could wipe down the table.

I have to agree with another review. This Cici’s is way too small! I too had to wait for a table for our small family. That is annoying enough but then once you do finally sit down, the smallish buffet is empty! Whoever designed the interior did a horrible job. No one wants to wait for a table, and then wait again for pizzas to come out because the buffet is too tiny to hold many pies. And forget about a game room like most locations, they just have a couple of machines. Overall it wasn’t designed very well. But maybe they can find a way to make it work smoother with the limited space. I’ll give it another try only if the parking lot looks rather empty.

I HATECICI’S! Just kidding, but since Unilocal is for first world problems, I need to let you all know that this location is borderline horrible. I visited this location on Saturday, 5/16, around 7pm. I’ve eaten at many CiCi’s across the area, but this one was the only one that I’ve found to be anywhere near disappointing. All of the problems stem from the fact that it is WAYTOOSMALL. They tout online about their new interior design with a smaller footprint, but let me be the first to tell you that it is nothing to brag about. Yeah, the furnishings and decorations are much nicer than other CiCi’s locations that I’ve been to, but the entire business(kitchen included) is smaller than my house. First off, upon paying, I had to wait for seating. I’ve never had to wait for seating at any CiCi’s location ever. However, the lone manager was working the dining room pretty well and was ultimately able to find me seating in the back near the arcade games. After establishing my seat, I set out for the buffet. When I got there, I could see the 9 – 10 people scoping out the nearly empty buffet. They have like 8 spots for pizza and a couple of dessert spots at the end. 6 out of the 8 pizza slots were completely empty, and yes I have pictures to prove that! The other two slots were occupied by the less desirable pizza options that everyone passes over. Seeing as how I couldn’t get any pizza, I initially settled for pasta and returned to my table to eat it. The pasta and sauce were both fresh and warm, so I enjoyed it very much. After the pasta, I again set out for the buffet in hopes to score some pizza. I was able to snag the last two pieces of pepperoni by beating an older gentleman to the pie utensil. After returning to my table, I looked around for the parmesan and red pepper containers that are at every CiCi’s table I’ve ever sat at. I didn’t see them. I also noticed there were no napkins at the table — also a CiCi’s signature table side item. I wandered up to the pizza buffet station again and asked the attendant. He pointed me to a pile of parmesan packets near the drink station, but he regretfully informed me that they were out of crushed red peppers(HOWISTHISEVENPOSSIBLE?). I grabbed a few packets and returned to my table. Let me just say that the plastic parmesan packets are difficult to open and not nearly as satisfying as the traditional parmesan shaker. I wolfed down my pizza and headed for more. I had to wait with the other onlookers, but I was able to score a few more pepperoni slices as soon as they put them out. The good thing about the limited pizza slots was the fact that the pizzas were always fresh due to the high turnover. I bumped and slid past numerous patrons as I made my way back to to the table. The pizza was good, but I couldn’t help but look over at the pizza station and realize what a crazy cluster it was. I could hear other people verbally complain about the ridiculous amount of traffic and the narrow aisles. It truly was a mess. All in all, the pizza was tasty, but the restaurant itself is pathetic. It looks nice, but it is way too small. There are not enough tables, seats, or space to function at a reasonable level during busy times. When I went, the parking lot was barely half full — I found parking right up front. I would hate to see what this place is like during real peak times. The business owner will pay dearly in unseen lost revenue for this bean counter type decision. Franchises are supposed to limit these types of bad decisions, but, then again, I have seen a ton of CiCi’s locations go under in the past few years. In conclusion, I will not be visiting this location again during any peak times. If I get a CiCi’s craving, I will first drive by to scope out of the parking lot. If the parking lot is more than half full, I’ll simply drive to a different location.
