Awful! Worst service ever at this location. Ordered online for a carry out. Finally got to talk to someone after waiting 20 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done and was told it would be another 10 — 15 minutes. It’s been another 20 minutes and for some reason I feel too committed to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t make the mistake of coming here again no matter what online coupons they have. Also — make sure you dress warm if it’s cold, the only parking they have is constantly take by their drivers so you’ll need to park somewhere around the block.

I had an awful experience with this place a month or two ago and will never give them our business again.
Our pizza delivery took an hour and 45 minutes on a weeknight. When I called to follow up on our order the rude employee said it was not their problem they had a busy night. When we finally got our order it was wrong. I called back to tell them the order was incorrect and they said they would replace the pizza but it would be more than an hour before they could do that. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he would not come to the phone.
We have ordered Domino’s Pizza a dozen times since then and always take our business to the Layton store.

I am of those that think that pizza is as close to perfect dinner food as you can get, along with steak. If the Domino’s of Kaysville, UT had rib-​eye, I would literally move into the parking lot. Back in the real world, this is the best place to call for that fast delicious pizza that Domino’s advertises. Not all
Domino’s are created equal, (I have come to know this lesson well –repeatedly!); however, this store is a whole level higher in this game. They were friendly & extremely efficient in taking my telephone order, quick and smooth in explaining specials, and the food was ready before I arrived. They were friendly & prompt, even when terribly understaffed, when I arrived for pickup. And the food was top notch, terrific pizza & bread! Actually bread bites– I cannot stay away from those silly Parm Bites!!! My undoing from scarfing those down each & every time! You wanta good pizza? You wanta Kaysville Domino’s!
