Rarely do you find a starbucks with ample space for the patrons. I actually thought that they may be closed because there were so few people here. The baristas were friendly and my coffee was tasty. If i lived close, i would make this«my» starbucks for sure. The wait was short. Its a win win based upon this visit.

Same thing at every chain. Nothing new to expect. I just hate the drive thru. It’s the most awkward drive thru ever. Whoever designed that, needs to RE-design it. I love how open the sitting area is, and it’s always packed no matter what time I have ever gone. The parking is limited in the front of the building, but lots of spaces across. It is housed in the same strip as a Chinese restaurant, that’s as much as I know. I love the friendly baristas, and how helpful they are. It seems this locations baristas change quite often, so there are always new faces to me. The day I was in here, it was packed, and people were getting wrong drinks, and one situation did occur when this lady was just not happy. The barista was very calm, and respectful, but this customer was not. Even though this lady was acting a fool, the barista simply re-did her order it felt like a million times. Just a whacko who woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Barista gave excellent service and sought out the resolution for this wrongful customer. Great expectations from this Starbucks, and how poised they are when it gets overwhelming. Aside from that, my drinks are usually sweeter here, and I love that.

This location definitely needs new people! The workers here are pretty rude! This is the second time I have experienced rudeness! From now on, I will drive a little bit farther and go to the location on I-10! The first time I went here, we had been waiting about 10 – 20 minutes or longer and I had asked about our drink because people who had ordered after us were getting their orders when we had not yet. Granted, they were busy, but the guy just stared at me blankly and about 10 – 15 seconds later asked someone behind him about my drink. He did not talk to me at all except to tell me that it will get made.(They had forgotten it, we were watching the counter closely and there were no drinks that had been brought out that was our drink). That was pretty rude of him to not acknowledge my question and they way he talked to me afterward was very rude as well(short and aggravated or annoyed as if I was annoying him for asking him about a drink I was waiting on and paid for!). This second visit today where I was treated rudely(although not as rude as the first), they had called my name and it was a frappuccino, but there was no whip on it(I usually get soy and they sometimes don’t put whip on it), so I asked to what the drink was expecting him to tell me what kind of drink, but instead replied with my name again so I asked for whip. While he was putting it on, they called another drink with my name and it was a frappuccino with whip, so I told him sorry, because I thought that was my drink, but instead this was my drink. He just looked really annoyed and told someone behind him to make another. This wasn’t as bad as the first, but I wish that they would get more training and learn to be more polite! If you have extra time and want good service, you would be better off driving just a few minutes from here to the I-10 location! That is definitely where I will be going from now on!

Went there this morning for a strawberry banana smoothie. Waited in the drive thru for 10 min for them to come back and say they are out of bananas. That’s ridiculous! I will not be returning just on that alone. Not only did they waste my time, they made it impossible for me to go to a different place without being late.

I walked into the store at noon. There was one person in line whose order had not yet been taken, no one in the drive thru and 3 clerks behind the counter. None of the clerks even acknowledged either myself or the other customer in line. None of them appeared to be filling orders(all just socializing). After 3+ minutes and still no service or acknowledgement I left. I will never visit this Starbucks again.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my job. Service is ridiculously slow, and baristas and cashiers are not very friendly or personable. Don’t bother trying to get a s’mores or caramel ribbon frap as they NEVER have the ingredients for either drink. And even when they do, they’re sloppy and not made right. Again, because it’s the closest to my job, I’ve tried this location several times. But I have yet to have a pleasant experience.

I have never been more pissed off at a Starbucks before! I am in a profession where I Frequent a lot of franchises through out the day and this Starbucks in particular I’ve given a lot of business to. So imagine my astonishment this morning when my barista was blatantly & obnoxiously rude to me for no reason. I placed 2 orders one fore myself a double espresso & a black tea lemonade & a second order for 6 tall lattes. Not exactly rocket science. So when I received a black tea I nonchalantly told the barista it was suppose to be a black tea lemonade, to which effect he scooped up the drink and in an overly dramatic fashion forcefully threw it in the trash can never acknowledging me at all. The best part is when he turned around to remake it, I got to hear him and the girl who took my order arguing about her writing it incorrectly, which ended in her loudly exclaiming«she ordered it wrong.» Exactly what every customer wants right, an entire store looking at you while the employees argue. So humiliating! I held my tongue during this little episode but I worked at Starbucks for 3 years as a baristas and 1 year in management while completing my business degree and I think at this point I know exactly what I ordered and how I said it! Furthermore I know the standards to which Starbucks is suppose to hold their employees and I can certainly say that this location isn’t meeting that criteria. It was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have received in my entire life! To top it all off as he handed me my newly, remade with contempt, black tea lemonade he said«thank you.» So naturally I said thank you back, as is the polite thing to do. He then said«your welcome» in a manner that left nothing to the imagination as far as his hatred for me and probably his job was concerned. Having had such a long history with the company myself I can’t condemn all Starbucks based on one locations gross misjudgment and mistreatment of its patrons. However I will never return to this Starbucks again and will take my endless marketing money to a different location. Starbucks corporate has done an amazing job of laying out a game winning, fool proof, plan for it’s stores, where customers are central & the top priority. This location needs to revisit the handbook and check some attitudes at the door! Disappointing way to start my morning!

I’m a committed Stabucks drinker, and this has been my go-to store for many years, but that all ends now. Since the end of May 2014, this store has had a downfall in drink quality, in my opinion. I don’t know if they have too many new baristas on the floor or something, but the people making my drinks have been screwing them up! I don’t make complicated drink orders, just simple off-the-menu drinks, yet they’ve been watery frapps, luke warm lattes and the cups have sticky syrups on them when I finally receive my order. I will not be going out of my way for this store anymore!

This is amazing! Everytime I go there’s a fair amount of people, the baristas bring the drink to you and offer if you want the pound cake baked again. I also went on New Year’s Day and it was open and well attended;not in a rush.

Not my normal morning Starbucks but it was the most convenient, and I’m glad it was! This morning there was no line in the drive thru, 8am on a weekday! That is rare! I got a Grande Vanilla Macchiato, and honestly I was hesitant to get it again cause I tried it for the first time at my normal Sbucks on Greenhouse and was very underwhelmed. This morning was a different story. It was delicious! Just the right amount of sweet and the shots were not bitter. Yum! Perfect early morning treat.

I usually give myself extra time in the morning to stop by and get my drink. 20 minutes in the drive through is ridiculous and I’m a very patient individual. This made me late to work and that was the straw that broke the camels back. For those of you who may think going inside is faster. I did go in the store once thinking it would be faster, but it wasn’t. The lady next to me ordered 6 drinks and even though my one drink was bought and paid for ahead of her, myself and two other people that were ahead of me in line, had to wait for her drinks to be finished before we got ours. I’m done wasting my money at this location.

This has been my Starbucks for 12 years. I work here, meet new people, read and listen to my music and do a lot of writing. For me, it’s an extension of my home when I’m on the road, which is a lot! I’m friends with the Management here and the barristas know me by name. It’s an easy comfortable place to hang and drink great coffee, which is one of my pleasures. Most of you know how you love places that are special to you for whatever reason. Well, this Starbucks just works for me.
