Starbucks

There’s always something with this location. Unfortunately I’ll be moving to Katy and this one is the closest to my new home.
The coffee is usually cold when I come for a hot batch, and I don’t like to wait.
The only reason I come is because the girl that works at night knows how to make my suicide refresher. Other than that, the coffee is almost always cold — not just at night either. If you’re craving a cup of java, do yourself a favor and go to the one on Mason rd.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to before! I’ve been there several times and I never wait in the drive thru for less than 10 min! Also, the small lot makes it to where there is a line into the street (a huge hazard). If they are running behind they need to have people pay and pull over to a designated area because someone is going to get rear ended.
Yesterday made my experience so awful that I’ve decided that I’m done with this location. I ordered an iced Carmel latte. I had been in the drive thru line for 10 min by the time I got to the window. The guy took my card, gave it back, didn’t say anything and shut his window. I was like… OK? So while my ac was pouring out of my car I finally realized that he wasn’t coming
Back anytime soon. I put my window up and waited and waited. Apparently an iced latte take a long time to make.
He finally came back and he hands me my drink and it was dripping and spilling Carmel and coffee all over my lap and my newly cleaned car! I yelled out «really?!» The cup was double cupped. I gave it back to him and asked for napkins and a new drink. Like it wasn’t just dripping a little, it was all over the place! He came back with the exact same thing! A cup overflowing into another cup and dripping sticky coffee and Carmel all over. I gave it back again. I was like look, I’m not a big complainer but this is ridiculous! I’ve been here for almost 20 min, there’s sticky coffee all over me and my car and you keep handing me crappy drinks. He had the nerve to tell me that it’s just how the other guy is making them. I said make it correctly. At this point there was a crowd of people watching me from the patio. The guy said man, you’re not having good luck at all. I told him what happened and him and his friends told me they would be irate, especially since I waited 20 min for an iced drink that I paid over $ 5 for and have to clean my car again!
Never ever again! I’ll make my own at home from now on. They need to hire fast, friendly, experienced baristas.
