You never know what you’re going to get. I only use groupons when I come here, and we do come often. We have had some excellent pictures taken here and we have had several sessions where I was so disgusted with our photos that I requested a whole different session by a completely different photographer immediately following. You never know what you’re going to get. We usually book first thing in the morning to avoid long wait times. Don’t be afraid to tell them if you’re not happy with your pics and ask for a second try by another eye.

Photographers make or break a photography session. According to the cartoons, ugly faces breaks mirrors and cameras. One of those statements holds more truth than the other.
Saw an Amazon Local deal for a cheap photo session, and just happened to need a couple of more photos for my side male gigolo endeavors, so I bought the deal.
My photographer was great. Very talkative, friendly and constantly smiling. She also complimented me a lot, so obviously a very truthful person! All in all, the session with through without a hitch, and the photographer picked out her favorites of the group and asked me to pick out my favorites. 3 minutes later, and a photography cd in tow, I was gone to do my side gig.
Please note that they are closed between 2pm & 3pm daily, so if you can schedule the 3pm slot, you can minimize waiting. They are also closed all day Tuesday. Gets an extra star for having deals on Groupon and Amazon Local often. They also have coupons on the company’s website, so make sure you look before you go make a purchase.

I bought the Groupon for this & will use it only because I already spent my money & planned on getting pictures for the season…
Whoever was on the phone was NOT at all informed of what she was doing. It took me 20 minutes in order to just get an appointment & the woman was holding a different conversation at the same time.
They are not well-​trained & obviously under-​staffed.

My family are consistent patrons at this location due entirely to price and distance from our home.
The service is consistently poor and the skill of the photographers varies greatly from appointment to appointment. At some point in the future I expect my wife to walk out and pay more for a decent, consistent experience.
