Denny’s

Horrible! Service sucks, they always get my order wrong. The first time I came here I ordered French toast. And they gave me pancakes? When I told waitress that I ordered french toast, she try to argue with me as if I did ordered pancakes? Rather than fixing the problem. I spoke with the manager and that didn’t seem to do anything. Never coming back again.

I’m a little concerned. Just read all the 1 star reviews! :(I wasn’t really greeted at door. They seem to be hiring for every position in the book. There’s NO WiFi because the manager feels ‘it’s too expensive’??? Wah!?! That’s is one of the main attraction to ANY Denny’s FREE WIFI?! Seems to me they shoutout replace the manager! Than the rest of the staff might stay around a little longer! This person knows nothing about marketing or managing! If she/​he is not making money in this clean and newer location then that is a crime! I’m giving it three stars until j finish my meal. Then we’ll see. But that’s a huge marketing put point: if you’re wondering why your money is less than it should be check your internet reviews! And please use the information to better this nice Denny’s! :(

My family and I don’t eat pork because of religious purposes and that dennys didn’t accommodate or respect that. We usually substitute that for more egg or hash brown at other dennys location with no problem. Our waiter said you couldn’t do that and we asked if he could ask and he’s like «I can ask but they’re gonna say no» first of all, that’s not very professional. Anyway, we ordered and then the manager came and in a pissy mood he was like «so what’s the problem ladies?» Then we just got up and left. Very rude.

My daughter’s friend spent the night last night so this morning I treated them to breakfast I didn’t feel like cooking & thought «You know what?! Let’s go to Denny’s» we haven’t been in a while and usually it’s great so we got dressed early and headed on down. Parking was a breeze I guess with the hotels nearby people just walk it’s so close. We waited for a while because the manager was also busting tables and taking orders out of the window… I thought to myself «This is a little inappropriate at least greet us standing here» they’re were about 2 families come that came in after us they were a bit frustrated too. After about 10 min or so she (the manager) came over and said «Ok how many in your party?» Nonchalantly like «hello! can you at least say I apologize for the inconvenience?» I rolled my eyes and I said «A party if 3″. I was irritated. As we sat down I asked if she could wipe the table off because it was sticky she did and then sat the other families that were waiting at the door frustrated. Things seemed to go kinda smooth after that the waiter was a young boy and seemed like he was new but he was pretty good. Our food came out in a timely matter. My coffee cup was dirty with a lipstick stain on it but he then replaced it with a clean one… I was feeling like I wanted to leave at that moment but the kids were having a good time so I stayed. Right around that time I saw a family who had came in behind us talking loudly out of frustration it seemed as though they had been seated but never served not even drinks they all walked out it was a huge party of like 12 people. The manager didn’t even try to stop them. I was thinking wth that’s money walking out the door. Our food was good eventually we got up so that i could pay our bill and another waitress was just coming into work. I was like „excuse me m’am were ready to pay can you take care of this?“ She said „No but let me get the manager she’s the only one that handles the register she doesn’t trust us“ sarcastically said then she laughed. I was at a loss for words. So we’re just waiting around for the manager who can’t seem to be found. Now there’s other people walking in standing behind us wanting to be seated or pick up there orders. Tell me why was the manager Standing outside smoking a freakin cigarette. Like really! Are you serious?! I almost left without paying. We finally paid and I told her before leaving

Not only that. I will personally let cooperate know our horrible experience here today, your lack of communication skills and work ethic with paying consumers, for moral and customer satisfaction. I’m sure they will really love how you let a party of 12 walk out the door. They need to have customer service skills training classes or something, because this is ridicules we will never be back here again!“and we all walked out. The funny thing is a woman her husband & 2 kids walked out after us and said to me «Were going to mc Donald’s thank you» I replied «happy to help“we all laughed and left.
Would I recommend this Denny’s.

Absolutely awful, my children’s spaghetti was old and hard, my lumber jack slam was a nightmare! My sunny side up eggs were gooey and didn’t look cooked, my hash browns were very burnt and my ham was hard and cold. We order mango tea everytime we go to a Denny’s and they didn’t have any, the chicken soup was not made and it was breakfast time

While eating here, I’ve been given excellent, timely service with a smile. The food came in a timely manner and was nice and hot. I would recommend this place in the early morning.

Don’t usually go to this location, but it was close to the mall and I needed to do some shopping, the wait time was short, but the eating utensils were dirty, we had to use plastic ones

Worst experience ever! Wait time to order, food quality, wait staff, management… all of it horrible!!!

I know Denny’s isn’t a steakhouse but I was starving and they used to do a decent t-​bone. Not anymore. It wasn’t medium rare or medium well or medium anything. It was completely cooked– past cooked. Didn’t complain (starving, remember?) but then I couldn’t cut it! With a steak knife! From my early days of cooking, I learned what to do with tough meat. Cut it very thin. My husband had to hold my plate as I sawed away. I could never chew it enough to swallow. My husband decided to give it a go and I had to hold the plate for him. He couldn’t eat it either! The waitress brought the check and asked how everything was. I gestured to the full plate and told her that the steak was too tough to eat. She said, «It came from the back.» (?) left, and never came back. That was it. We finished our coffee, paid and left. After an hour of hearing everything everyone in the kitchen was yelling about babysitters and people they don’t like, it was eerily silent. And all the employees had disappeared except for the cashier. Kind of like a bad Halloween movie. I didn’t take a picture of the steak because it looked so gross after we hacked away at it. Trust me, you didn’t want to see it.

The restaurant wasn’t that busy but the waitress I was given had a party of 20. The hostess/​manager took my drink order and yelled it to the waitress. Then my waitress apologized because she had to deliver her parties food. Took all in all almost 20 minutes just to order. When my food came out, the steak knife on the plate that my sandwich was sitting on was philthy! The manager walked by noticing my disgust and said you don’t need that philthy thing. I said no nor do I want this food. My appetite was gone. She apologized and offered to get me something else, but I wasn’t about to give them one more chance to screw up or waste any more of my time!

i don’t know if this place needs to fire their dish washer or hire one? but the coffee mug was disgusting so I sent it back. silverware cleanliness was also lacking. hopefully I won’t get sick eating here this morning. lowered my five star review for now until this place gets inspected and straightened out. bright spot is the friendly waitress.

This was a pretty good Denny’s. You know, it’s still Denny’s, but we were seated immediately and the service was quick and friendly. I had the avocado grilled chicken Caesar. It was pretty tasty. They put the dressing on the side as I requested. The lettuce could have been fresher, and we did not have enough sweet n low at my table, but overall it was a satisfactory Denny’s experience.

Food was good, service was bad the waitress was slow and manager was rude will not be back, we come here all the time and are good tippers

It’s Denny’s. It’s ok. But one thing did suck with my dining experience.
While we were eating, this guys started sweeping right beside me. Cool. BUT he started flinging it around going all ninja on it. It’s dirty as shit and he’s throwing it around. He went behind the servers station and did it again repeatedly. He dropped it 3 times back there.
Yea. Kind of gross. I don’t want dirt particles and whatever else is on that broom all over the air and possibly my food.

Never have had an issue with this Denny’s. Great service, and good prices for your typical Denny’s food. I’m a fan!

Raw eggs, undercooked hashbrowns, and tough pancakes. Just stay home and have a bowl of cereal…

We shared the 1) Pumpkin Patch Pancakes. Two fluffy pumpkin pancakes topped with a pumpkin whipped topping and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, and 2) Hobbit Hole Breakfast: two eggs fried right into the center of grilled Cheddar bun halves. Served with two slices of bacon and crispy hash browns topped with melted shredded Cheddar cheese and bacon. This may have been the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had a Denny’s.

Ya know… I am really not a fan of Dennys… but we decided to eat here since it was close to our hotel we were staying at (The comfort Suites right by Walmart is an amazing hotel by the way)
This Dennys was actually pretty good. I ordered a skillet and my husband ordered chicken fried steak Both were hot and fresh, friendly service, clean restaurant. I am impressed.

Long wait… that said, it was about the worst of eating here. Everything else was great. Good waitstaff and the menu is unreal. We ordered breakfast and had a praline pecan and banana pancake with a caramel sauce with eggs and meat and it was REALLY great. Not normally a fan of Denny’s but they have really worked hard to change their image of the smokey, dimly lit breakfast crash!

Never again (and this is my 1^st time posting a review ever so I felt it was important to to give my experience this evening)…my best friend and I entered this Dennys this evening for coffee. dessert and wifi… Well I ordered the Skillet Cookie a la Mode. When the waitress brought the item to my table the skillet was cold… the cookie was cold as well… I nicely informed the waitress that the cookie is not warm at all. She responded with «I followed the directions to heat it up». I said well I dont know but it is not warm at all. She stated that she would heat it up. I asked her how will she do so with the ice cream on top it will make the cookie very nasty. She responded I will make you another one… Well about 5 minutes later she return with what I thought was the NEW warm Skillet cookie and what she arrived with was a disaster to say the least… she apparently scooped the ice cream off .so called re warmed the cookie… added an extreme amount of chocolate sauce to cover the portion I have eaten… added another scoop of ice cream and presented this MESS to me… now before all of this I can hear her and the other waiters/​cooks in the kitchen talking about the FACT I returned the item because it was COLD so I was confident that when she returned with the cookie it would be warm… How wrong I was… it was HORRIBLE… how someone can not warm a cookie I have no idea… so please be warned that if you order this item you will NOT get what appear to be a skillet item… what you will get is several apologies with no improvement to correct instead… I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS DENNYS AGAIN… very poor service!!!
P. S. Also if you are looking for wifi look again this place do not have wifi.
