Me and the hubby ordered taco salad, we specifically asked what was on it and half of the ingredients were not told to us so therefore we got a salad covered in jalapenos which I can’t eat, olives which neither myself nor my husband like to eat so we spent a good five minutes after food was delivered scraping all the bad stuff off. Advised our waiter of his goof up & he took a couple of dollars off the bill.

This is the SLOWEST Wendy’s I have ever been to. The line was to the street. They were taking an order and then not taking another order until the car paid and got their food and left… then they would take another order. It was ridiculous. Oh and they forgot my frosty. :(

This is my closest Wendy’s. have never had a problem here with food or service except when Worlds of Fun is slammed. Clean up then can be a bit slow and they sometimes ran out of baked potatoes. Counter staff normally cuts me fresh lemon for my salad. Lots of motels nearby so they do have walk-in customers but summer season can sometimes get frantic.

On my visit the workers seemed like they were going around in a stupor and didn’t care if they waited on you or not. The machine wouldn’t read my credit card and had to wait till a manager came dragging up from the rear. Said the reader was broke. Had to put in manually. Finally got that done and I asked for my receipt. They said the receipt machine was broke too. I said well it looks like this whole place is broke. Hurriedly ate what they called food and left.

Really I went here multipule times and half the times the managers have attitudes and they put food together messy this trip they were out of breakfast burritos and it would be a while so i left come on at 730 am and out of breakfast??? Get a hint.
