we stopped at this mcdonald’s on the way home from work one night and the lobby was locked… after filing a complaint i was told there was a «spill» on the floor so they locked the door 30 minutes early… sorry, not buying it… they locked the door because they weren’t busy… there was no one in the lobby cleaning up a «spill» when we went to the door… and if that was the case, they should’ve put a note on the door explaining why… after talking to 2 managers who are sticking to the story the employees gave them, i got no where… the one said i could’ve gone to the drive thru, but everytime we use drive thru they drop our change on the ground and we can’t get it, that’s why we go in… awhile ago we were in there and saw an employee touch their nose and then handle food… we walked out without ordering, but decided to give them another chances… no more chances for this store… oh and don’t «spill» anything on the floor cause they will have to close the lobby.

Timing of the drive thru I thought would be faster because there was 2 drive up lines. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment but because I went to the drive thru for ice cream I ended up being 5 minutes late. So timing felt like it wasn’t long but in actuality time flew by. Dipped cone was good, I had some ice cream drips from a partially broken cone. McChicken was dry on one side but full of mayo on the other, what can you expect.

As far as fast food goes, this was a good experience. Prompt, polite service, hot food in a clean, modern dining room. Just what you should expect.

This review isn’t about the food. It’s a McDonald’s. You know exactly what you’re getting. This little review is about the service I experienced tonight. I had a late night craving for McRib and went to the 24 hour drive-thru. An older homeless man was waiting between some cars as I pulled around after I ordered. He exchanged some words with the girl at the window and walked off. When I pulled around I asked her what he wanted. «He wanted to place an order but we can’t take walk-ups,» she said perhaps a little sad. «Can I add a couple of cheeseburgers to my order?» I asked handing her a $ 5. They charged me for two $ 1 cheeseburgers and gave me a big bag full of hamburgers and cheeseburgers. I pulled around and found the guy sitting between the outbuilding and the automatic carwash. I offered him the whole bag but he only took two and said that’s all he needed and thanked me. The point is, I understand the reasoning and security for not taking walk-ups and totally understand why they couldn’t serve him. I just happened to pull up next and the staff and management went out of their way here to make my little gesture bigger after we worked around the rules. Also, I’m not a bleeding heart or anything like that. People who know me know I hate nature, children and charity in that order but this was easy and the staff here made it more. That’s all.

This is one of the better McDonalds in the city. I mostly use the drive-thru and have found the service to be speedy and polite. The staff is friendly and the food is cooked to the corporate standard.

Clean new and efficient. The free wifi and flat screen TV make for a good place to meet, eat and surf the web. Of course the food is nothing to write home about, it’s standard Micky D’s fare, but the reason I’m a fan of this particular store is it’s décor, swift service, location, and cleanliness.
