Overland Park, KS
Near the intersection of K7 & K32, an area without a lot of other choices, so I imagine they get pretty busy sometimes. I was in need of something cold & wet after a hike — slush time! The food is like every other Sonic in the universe, no surprises there. They delivered the food in a reasonable amount of time, and the order was accurate. Basic requirements: fulfilled.

Stay far away from this place… Rude people, slow service, and pretty sure they don’t actually listen to your order when you tell them. Not to mention the cooks are ALWAYS on smoke break on the west side of the building.

I’ve been going to Sonics across the US for years and I’ve NEVER waited for more than 25 minutes without my order being delivered, so we asked what’s up.
They said «we’re backed up» (no duh) and took another ten minutes to cancel the order. After that it took even longer to canel the CC charge.
HORRIBLE service — expectation management wehn we ordered («Just so you know, we’re a little busy right now») would have done WONDERS!
