This is absolutely the worst Kohls ever. Nothing but bad experiences.
1– tried to buy a pillow that matched our bedset. The pillow had no tags and apparently had been from a discontinued set. Customer service would not sell it to us and said it had to be thrown away. 2 days later, after filing a complaint, we got a call that we come come back in and buy it for 14.99. No THANKS!
2– Had a pan set with receipt and customer service was rude and wouldnt take it back. Went to Kohls in Overland Park and was replaced without any problems! Go to Overland Park Kohls. Will never shop at this one again.

I wish I would have read the reviews b4 I wasted my time & money at this location. I’ve had a Kohls credit card for 10 years & since when do cashiers get to decide who can obtain a coupon? I purchased items & asked the cashier about a scratch off coupon & was told «only for NEW account customers». Really? Then why does the ad state there are coupons if I use my Kohls card? Plus the store is train wreck. Clothes on the floor, unclean areas, no way in heck could you look at sale items, stuff is crammed in everywhere, couldn’t budge a hanger with two hands. 6 people were in the store shopping, now I know why, mayB the cashiers were told «no coupons» so we can stick it to the 6 people. The family at the next cashier were complaining also, stated they have always been offered coupons & only had opened an account last year to have coupons offered. Will never go back to this location! Ugh!!! Wake up Kohls, you have tons of competition!!!

I have been a Kohl’s fan and credit card holder for ten years and I have never had a bad shopping experience with the company until till this location opened. Tonight, in particular, I walked in 5 minutes till close knowing exactly what I wanted, and that it was near the entrance, but as soon as I walked in the door, not one, but TWO very rude cashiers yelled at me that the store was closed and I needed to leave. Excuse me!!! The customer service at this location is horrible and I will never shop there again. To think, I spend over a thousand dollars a month in that store… not anymore. I called the manager and hopefully those two rude employees get reprimanded so no one else has a bad experience in the future.

An abover-​average department store. I’m glad we have one in KCK now. The young lady at the front was very polite and professional and customer-​service oriented. I asked her for some information. She directed me to the appropriate area. I purchased some cards and a gift card and I was out in a flash. No need for me to go to Johnson County or North anymore now that we have our own store here in the Dotte!

I hadn’t been to this location before. I was hoping for a little different selection since I frequent the store in Shawnee. They did have a little different selection, but I think there were actually more options in Shawnee, so i won’t bother with this BUSY location again. The staff was helpful, which is the usual for Kohls. Only complaint that one of the items on the sales rack (of course the one I wanted) wasn’t priced, but an employee happily took it and price checked it for me.

I do not care for this store what-​so-​ever. I do not believe how dirty the dressing rooms are. I was looking for an outfit for a wedding that me and my husband were attending the next weekend. There was absolutly nothing in this store. I was extremely disappointed in the selection. Well anyway I decided to still grab a couple of items to try on. When I went into the dressing room the floor looked disgusting like it had not been vaccuumed in days. Walking past the rooms there were clothes strewn everywhere and the place was empty so they had to have been there for a good twenty minutes. Well I decided to go ahead and still try on the clothes. Unfortunately I found nothing that I remotely cared for. I think one of the worst parts of the whole store was that no sales associate wanted to help me with getting sizes or new clothes. It was just a very disappointing store to have walked into.

So like I said earlier, Kohl’s is a Kohl’s… But this one at Legends is brand new and barely shopped at so parking is better and store newer/​cleaner
