Legends Dental Group and Orthodontics

Set appointment for new patient exam — my filling fell out and I wanted to get a cleaning too. Filled out medical history paperwork the same day — appointment was scheduled the next day. Office had time to review paperwork and said they were all set and there were no issues. I have a history of breast cancer and asthma — pretty typical these days. I was given the run around from the moment I got there. I was told that because I wasn’t in perfect health they may not be able to treat me. Between all of the assistants and doctors running in and out of the room it was clear this office was unprepared and unprofessional. I was in a dental exam room for 2 hours and 16 minutes — eventually the doctor refused to fix my tooth because they needed a form from a doctor waiving them of liability and okay-​ing the work. I was told by multiple people at this office that ANY health issues will require a signed release from a doctor to protect the dentist and office if any issues arise during the dental work. *Just so you know — a regualr primary care doctor will not sign the type of release they are asking for — they called my old dentist and my primary care and my specialist and they were told by all three that no doctor will provide a medical release to a dentist for several reasons — 1) A dentist should not need a medical release to do any work — ever. 2) A doctor will not accept liablility for a procedure done outside their facilty by a different doctor.

I tried to call to make an appointment for a meet and greet of the dentist and I was put on hold four or five times before I actually got there is no charge for a consultation and then when I asked if she knew if the dentist actually listen to what you wanted done she did not know… All I can say is WOW. … Will not be going here for any work … The girl that answered the phone laughes at me because I was asking questions… This is no laughing matter… some people just SUCK

I just took myself and five children to the office. FIVE. Three had appointments and the other two were «helpers.» We got all of our cleanings and xrays, and one first visit out of the way and not once did I feel nervous about the size/​craziness/​behavior issues of my kids. Each assistant and doctor was kind and patient and so great with all of us, even nervous moms. They treated us wonderfully! I would recommend them to ANYONE.

Legends Dental Group has provided me with nothing but positive experiences! I have gone to several dentist offices and have always had a decent experience at best. I never felt connected to anyone that helped me. At Legends Dental Group I have had the complete opposite experience. Everyone was really friendly and genuine. They were all also great at explaining what they were doing and why; I’ve never had a dental group care to explain what was happening in depth the way they have. I have since referred it to my friends and family and will continue to do so!

I went to this place a couple of weeks ago for an x-​ray/​cleaning/​filling and I can’t over-​emphasize how good my experience was. It’s a beautiful office with state-​of-​the-​art technology, friendly people, solid and simple dental care. I can’t believe I’m so enthusiastic about a dentist, but as someone who has been rather picky with them, even somewhat fearful of them, in the past, I am quite relieved to have found some people here that I can trust.
