Kansas City, KS
One of the last of the American Department Stores. They have a nice facility here at the Legends. Kind of have trouble getting help sometimes, even at Christmas shopping time. I spent some time ogling cookware and was helped by a woman working the cash register in this area. There were many sales and I think I got a good value. The cosmetics area was a train wreck. Two young wimmin trying desperately to handle a «throng» of people. I will continue to shop at Penney for certain items.
