I’m gonna need you guys to get your shit together and organize something. Looks worse than a 5 year olds room in there.

I am way over 21. However, my daughter is a teenager and we have been to Forever 21 many times together to buy her clothes. I am usually browsing while she is shopping and i have found some fun tops and accessories here for practically nothing. It’s a great place for teenagers because the clothes are inexpensive and you don’t really care if they last forever. Their tastes will change next year anyway. This location is not the closest to us(Oak Park Mall is closer) but she seems to think that this location is bigger. She always finds something here. Also, beware of their return policy, which is very strict.

I know I am too old to shop here. I really do. But I occasionally fine something billowy and chiffon enough to wear for work or going out. And when I do, I leave happy. Very happy that I bought it for well under $ 20, as almost everything is $ 14-$ 20-ish. I don’t care if the seam ravels out after 7 or 8 wearings, but honestly, I have had pretty good luck with clothes purchased from here! Definitely no worse than Gap-quality. This Forever is much cleaner and much better organized than the one at the mall in Overland Park. The staff is what it is. They’re young, and I will leave it at that. I come in here every time I visit The Legends, and I usually buy something. I am definitely a fan and will continue to return!

Buyer Beware of their return policies! I bought a jacket here and returned it within a few days later with tags intact, unworn, etc. They would only give me store credit! Regardless, if you pay cash or credit. (Be sure to check out their return policies. If you buy a pair of shoes, wear them once and the heel falls off, you’re screwed… if you wear anything once, it’s considered non-returnable.) And, you wonder why their prices are so cheap? They use sweat labor folks… google their labor policies, their controversial practices are endless. They are hardly an ethical business.

I must admit, I couldn’t call myself a Forever 21 gal but I stopped in at this store with my sister and couldn’t believe how huge it was! They also had a lot of stuff on sale. I don’t know how they do it when their clothes are already so cheap! Whenever I go into Forever 21s I feel like I’m at a garage sale but this one was clean and well organized. I was surprised. Although nothing caught my eye, if you need clothes to wear for only one night, Forever 21 is not a bad option. If you’re looking for something that will last a bit longer, I’d recommend looking elsewhere as the material and craftsmanship are a bit lacking…

I admit it, I like this place. Not all the clothing is well-made, or attractive, or appropriate for a 30+ year old woman(the name could have been a tip off on this one), but if you do not mind combing through the strangely-arranged clothing(read as jumbled racks, not arranged with any discernible organization), passing by the bandeau tops, the band-aide sized mini skirts, and the floor-dragging maxi dresses, you can find a few gems… especially in the accessories department, where the trendy jewelry is super affordable… so cheap, in fact, it doesn’t even matter if you can only wear your over-sized, sparkly owl ring on a few occasions.
