I’m definitely a fan of the Coach outlet store, I was always envious of the Castle Rock outlets for hosting a Coach store, and was thrilled to hear that the Coach outlet is going to be a permanent fixture at the Legends after all. Although the variety isn’t as wide as you would experience on the Coach Factory website, they do have a decent selection of product. Clearence items might be a season or two off, but you can find a great deal in the clearence section. Sales associates are always helpful and kind, and many times they have bonus sales. If you’re a fan of Coach, I think you will be pleased with this shop.

I thought the outlet was really nice. There is plenty of room to mosey around and they had spectacular deals and plenty of merchandise dispute the enormous amount of people that showed up. There were 4 cashiers and the poor girls were working so hard. I saw one of them say«I have to go to the restroom I’m really sorry» to a customer. They were definitely short staffed. I think they should try to get some other hand held registers to help with the massive amount of people. It took 2 hours just to get in and another hour in line. The AC was pumping in there. I was coldddd. Better than being hot and sweaty while you’re waiting though. The employees were perhaps the most notably great thing about this store. They were awesome!!! They were running around like crazy people trying to keep the store tidy and checking in the back for items and were enthusiastic about it. Good for them! A++ for the staff.
