Buckle

Been in here numerous times. Ok, Ok, I have also worked here for awhile as well. Come to find out selling clothes is not my thing. I’ve always loved Buckle, but being behind the scenes is a whole different scenario. I never knew how much work it took to actually work at a Buckle. It was definitely a different experience that’s for sure.
As for being a customer, I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience with this place, but that’s because I also like to talk to some of the people there while I shop. They have plenty of styles to choose from. Quite a few clothing places including this one have a lot of skinny jeans. I’m not a huge skinny jean fan. I have bought a couple of pairs to go with boots and etc, but I also love my boot cut jeans.
The store is always well kept and the clothes are organized. If you’ve never been into a Buckle before here’s a tip. When you walk into the store the store is set up from tighter, more low rise fitting jeans up front and the more relaxed, loose fit it towards the back of the store. Found that out while working there. Good tip if you’ve never been there and are looking for your size and fit. Come on in and check this place out!

Worst experience ever. My boyfriend bought me boots for my birthday and we went to get a different size. It took about ten minutes for anyone to even say hello to me which is surprising at The Buckle because usually you get harassed when you go in any one of their stores. But because I already had a shoes box into hand when I walked in the door, my business wasn’t worth their time. I handed my boots to Megan and she didn’t say a word. She took them from me and took the boots to the cash wrap and I had no idea what she was doing. As I’m looking at other boots they have, Megan comes up to me and accuses me of wearing the boots. I told her I had never worn them considering they didn’t fit. My boyfriend had them gift wrap it also, so they were in a Buckle box not the original box. So she tried to not let me exchange them for those reasons. Never did she make eye contact with me, nor did she ever even ask my name. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I work in customer service and have surveys for every customer I have. If I had the chance to give Megan a survey, would’ve given her a zero. Poor service. I’m sad I even have to give her one star.

Tons of choices and you have tons of price options too. Fantastic selection of clothing for both men and women.

Good selection of clothing. some of the selection is very Jersey Shoreish, but the rest is quality name brands. Staff is very helpful, almost overly helpful.
