We came here for a late lunch a while ago and there was hair in my pasta, multiple pieces of blonde hair. Because I had eaten half of it before finding the hair the waitress said the owner would discount my dish by 40%, and this was only after I asked. Vowed never to eat here again but my friends ordered some pizza and pasta takeout from here. Pizza was burnt, pasta was overcooked. She called regarding the pizza and was put on hold, when no one came to the phone after 15 minutes she gave up. Bad customer service and mediocre food.

The food here is so salty. It’s dangerously salty to the point where it’s disgusting. Our waiter was great, but they need to fix their food.

Fantastic food. Great atmosphere! Service was good. We got pizza and salad. The medium was bigger than most large pizza’s.

Pizza good, waiter confused, management staff very poor. Due to their own ‘issues’ created havoc at check out and really bad karma.

If you really like the Carmine’s at the corner of PGA Blvd and Prosperity Farms, you’re gonna love this one. It’s less formal(more family friendly) and the food and service are great. Plus, the prices can’t be beat. That’s all you need to know.

I had the wings! Just their special wings with no sauce just tossed in spices… Best appetizer ever! I also ordered a salad Nantucket and split a pizza. The place was packed so the wait was a bit long! But it was worth the wait. We also had a dog, and they allowed the seating outside! They even brought him water and a couple strips of bacon! not only are they people friendly but dog friendly and the food is amazing!!!

Be warned: Happy Hour offered at indoor bar only and not at the outside bar. Disappointed, brought a guest and my dog there today to enjoy cool weather. Will be back… Food has consistently been good.

The food in this fine restaurant is great just need to take off a little spice. It is ridiculous how you have to pay if you share a plate. This restaurant dimmed the lights which was fine at first but it got a little to dark. The food is amazing though.

It’s very rare I say this about any restaurant, but Carmine’s is entirely forgettable. My bad for not checking the reviews here first but we were going to go to Leftover’s but they were jammed, so we walked over to Carmine’s. I’d say the 2.5 stars they currently get is actually pretty accurate. I got the spaghetti and meatballs and the spaghetti sauce was one step below Ragu. I’d be embarrassed to serve the sauce, though the meatballs were not bad. Any Italian restaurant that can’t get the most basic Italian dish right, doesn’t deserve your business. So far the best spaghetti and meatballs in the area is still Carraba’s. Yes, a national chain restaurant. That’s embarrassing, especially with the number of Italian people who live here. My wife got a chicken avocado sandwich which was actually fairly decent. We ended up spending $ 28 for lunch, which is totally not worth it for the quality. Skip this one. If Leftover’s is jammed and you don’t want to wait, leave.

My husband and I had dinner at Carmine’s on Friday and order the Chicken Milanese. It was paper thin with no taste what so ever, the mixed greens were wilted and it was served with four slices of cucumbers??? What was that all about? The bread was very… very hard crusted so bad you couldn’t eat it. Isn’t this an Italian restaurant? There was loud Mexican music coming from the cooking area. When we first started coming here it was very good but the last three or four times we ate here it wasn’t what it used to be, what happened???

My Family stopped in to see if they had an allergy friendly pizza and I’m glad they did. It was amazing! It’s not everywhere we can find a gluten and dairy free pizza that tastes so delicious. Our server was very friendly and sensitive to my girls needs. Thanks!!!

One of our favorite pizza places in Jupiter! Less is more for toppings! The Carmine’s pizza is our favorite :) The staff is extra friendly. Berry is one of the greatest bar tenders!

If you’re expecting great service this is NOT the restaurant for you. I have NEVER seen such poor customer service from a manager. This used to be to be our go to for pizza, might I add we always get the same order. This time when we went to pay the bill we noticed an additional $ 2 had been added. Just curious as to what it was for we asked our waitress and were informed that the managed had added it after seeing we were given a side of sauce(to have with our pizza since it didn’t have sauce on it). We commented that we’ve never been charged before and have had the same order multiple times, our waitress said she would let her manager know as she to was surprised to see the $ 2 added. The managers response was anything but kind instead she said well then they were wrong before and it is additional $ 2. At that point we paid the bill and left, knowing we wouldn’t return. I can only say what poor and pitiful customer service that is, they should be ashamed. I’ll make sure I spread the word. It wouldn’t have hurt for the manager to explain it really should be extra and that she would take care of it this time, we would have then know for future visits, instead she lost a customer. I can assure you I’ll make sure I spread the word on the poor customer service the managers have, what a career to have that attitude!

Okay, still love the Pizza Rustica… still love Nick for his wonderful service… but, for the second time… no air conditioning! We were sitting near the hostess station and got the feeling this was a fairly regular occurrence… come on, management, get it together! Note to patrons… call ahead… but only to see if the at conditioning is working!

Pizza is awful, service is worse. Why do people eat here? The prices they charge are ridiculous given the low grade quality of their ingredients. Carmine must be laughing his butt off at the margins he makes serving slop. Seriously bad. The staff is like the keystone cops… no one knows what anyone else is doing. It’s actually kind of comical… except it’s infuriating.

This place is always consistent and offers very good food at a good value. I have never had a meal here that I have been disappointed in and I have eaten here close to a 100 times since it has opened. It can be a little loud at times but service is good and you get your food quick. Their pizza is very good as is most of the food the offer and all their soups are really tasty.

It really is a shame when you have to write a very negative review on a place that happens to have pretty good pizza. I have eaten here three or four times and done take out once or twice. On almost every visit there is either chaos at the hostess stand or there is absolutely no one in sight. On this visit it was the latter. We walk in for dinner and there wasn’t a soul in sight; so after waiting about two or three minutes we finally decided to seat ourselves. A few minutes later, a random server walked by who ended up bringing us two kids menus but never brought me a regular menu. Soon enough our server came by and took our drink and food order. At that point I decided to open up my cloth napkin and discovered the dirtiest silverware I’ve ever been served in my life. The dishwasher obviously didn’t clean it properly but then the person that rolled the silverware care so little about their job that they rolled up filthy silverware. The next annoyance came for my drink. I was drinking ice tea and he asked me if I wanted a refill which I did need. He brought me a refill with what must have been warm tea because I had absolutely no ice, not a huge deal but still annoying. Next, the waiter told us the kids food would come out in a minute which turned into about 10. Eventually everything came out and the initial appearance of the food looked good. One of my kids started eating his pizza and he noticed the bottom was completely burned. There may be a fine line with coal fired pizza as to what is acceptable but this was clearly chard. Obviously the temperature of the oven was too hot as the top looks fine but the bottom was completely black. All the problems this restaurant has makes it very clear that they have a serious issue with the management or lack there of; and the overall staff in general. Some simple checks and balances would’ve eliminated every one of these issues. Needless to say this will probably be my last visit. Hey Carmine, instead of having so many different poorly run restaurants in the area maybe you’d be better off having one or two very successful ones. Just food for thought.

A crazy busy place, at least the week between Christmas and NewYears. It’s been a while since we have been here and they have added to the menu. Love the meatball take-away idea. The only way to do this pizza is one topping and well done. To some a black edge crust is burnt but we love the smoke wood flavor that is lost when your pie is to heavily topped. Despite the crowd the staff managed the restaurant well.

My wife and I split an Arugula salad and an Arugula pizza at Carmine’s. We went there based on a newspaper review which touted the food as quite good. They were right! We were very surprised to see that former reviewers on Unilocal gave this restaurant only three stars. We highly recommend it and we will be back!

First, our server was wonderful and very beautiful. Sarah attended to all needs and was excellent. The food was lacking. The spinach salad was drowning in dressing making the spinach seem wilted. The scallops were a little over-cooked. The hostesses should try to smile more. Sarah was five stars, but the rest three stars.

Wait staff, as noted in another review, gossiping away and complaining about other customers openly at the bar. Front desk inattentive to takeout order — sat getting cold while I waited in an empty restaurant. Pizza burnt on the bottom, tasteless sauce. Expensive. Only saving grace from 1 star is that the pasta fagoli was excellent.

Pizza is really good. Chicken parm is ok. The service was really good the waiter was really attentive. Do NOT order salad the side salad is $ 10 and it’s the same size you get when you go to Outback.

1st time take out customer we had a pizza and an antipasto salad. Pizza was good and the salad was ok(the chick peas were a tad bit old) the 2nd time we ordered take out was tonight and it will be the last time I order from Carmine’s. I’m not the one to complain about my food(I’ve been and still are in the restaurant business since college) but the spinach salad I order was horrible and skimpy! More than half of the spinach was wilted and needed to be thrown out, there were only 2 bite sized cherry tomatoes, 2 small mushrooms And 4 thin circular onion slices, all of this for $ 8!!! Rip off !
