I was there at 9:30 this morning. It took 8 minutes to get an iced coffee while the 3 nice-looking, young men who ordered after me got their Fraps. When I asked for non-fat milk, the barista acting like I was bothering her. The manager(whom I have reported to corporate multiple times) was not the least concerned with my complaints. The employees were so busy planning what they were going to do when they got off work, they had people lined up, waiting for their drinks. I will NEVER set foot in this location again until something is done about the lack of professionalism and the rude manager.

The workers are pleasant and the coffee is good. My low rating is due to the location. This place can be very dangerous at times — cars in the drive-thru line during peak hours can reach out of the parking lot onto Roosevelt Boulevard(Highway 17). This could be the best coffee house in the world, but its not worth risking your life for.

I’ve tried and tried and tried again with this Starbucks location. And I’m finished with it. I’m a gold card toting member of the Starbucks fam. And I find it telling that every Starbucks in Jax has high star ratings excepting for this one. The new location is quite inconvenient for starters. Always impossible to get in the parking lot. The drive through would be lovely if you could ever get to it. But let’s talk about the inconsistency of the product and inability to make drinks correctly. Two days in a row I went. Ordered my usual. Was served it sugar free. It’s unacceptable that they can’t make a simple iced coffee correctly. They rarely are brewing anything but Pikes place(yuck) and if you go too late in the evening the iced coffee blend taste like it’s been sitting there all day. Keep it fresh, guys. Ridiculous. I spend way too much money here and get nothing in return. Decided today I won’t be back. Plenty of other locales that get it right. Changes need to be made. The shining star of the experience is always the barista Mario. He’s exceptional and I’ll miss his always smiling face. Other than that… just meh.

Great selection and good place to meet, interview and conduct business. And my espresso is always spot on!

Just don’t go. The parking lot is worse than bad, just downright dangerous. A poorly designed exterior layout forces you to walk across the vehicle entrance and drive through line. The turns are so tight that some vehicles are forced to back up, making for an unexpected hazard for unwary customers. Everyday a third of the already small parking lot is taken up with starbucks employees’ vehicles leaving little room for us. Unbelievable traffic jams routinely spill out onto the street with tempers flaring. Bring your«A» game to slither your vehicle and yourself around this closet sized parking lot. All this trouble for a coffee? Let me just say«Move Along, Nothing to see here, Move Along…

This new location may have a drive thru but the line often backs up onto Roosevelt. If you want to go inside, not only is parking limited but it is very difficult to get in and out of a space. They ran out of coffee carriers for the past 3 days and somehow my caramel machiatto, skinny, was inconsistent within these days. It wasn’t skinny one day but wasn’t informed anything like they were out of light syrup, and went through drive thru so let it be. Poor customer service or an oversight, not sure. I really miss the location that was in front of Publix! I get my coffee from Panera in the Publix shopping center now more than I patronize this Starbucks. I only continued to go here because I had a gift card.

I’m really sad that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. Ever since they moved into this facility the upkeep has gone downhill… tremendously. I’ve noticed a pattern, however. It’s only like this when a particular manager is here. She really doesn’t give a crap about her place of business. The recycle bin is overflowing. The floors are filthy. The tables haven’t been wiped down. The bathroom is disgusting. The work area is a chaotic mess. The only good point that keeps me coming back here is that most(notice I said ‘most’) of the baristas are nice and fun to talk to.

Fresh Starbucks. Brand new build so everything is new and the patio is nice and large. They are very friendly here and have several ways to brew your coffee. Yes as always parking can be a issue and the drive thru traffic doesn’t help it. It on a corner so you can access it two ways which helps… some.

Went through the drive through 2:30PM on 5÷14÷15, I was the 3rd car in line and took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks. I’ve been going to Starbucks for 3 years now every other day. I know all the machines, I know how to make all the drinks. There is no excuse to take that long. I don’t know if it was the staff or the management but this was pathetic. Funny thing is I had been to the one they closed down right down the street to open this one and the service was fine. Just really disappointed…

Oh WOW. New location with a drive-thru now. I’m the Starbucks customer that likes to go inside and get my drinks because it’s usually faster anyway. This is a beautiful, clean store that has the newest Starbucks updates whatever that may be. All I know is the staff is excellent just like their old location in the Publix shopping center. The mini frappuccinos are here for a limited time so I’m trying to get my bonus points using my Starbucks app.(yay! the app is excepted here). The baristas are very professional and personable which always makes for a terrific atmosphere & experience. It can be at times a little bit of a pain to turn left into the new location with no traffic light there. And the parking lot is a little tight. And there’s no trees for shade. But overall, I’m glad Starbucks has it’s own free standing store now(even though I absolutely loved their old location). Still great service and standard olé’ Starbucks beverages. :)

So frustrating — very tough parking, cars get dinged because of the small parking spaces, you can’t back out because of the drive thru queues. It’s just a bad experience. Also, not nearly as friendly as the old store

I enjoy not having to cope with the traffic at the Roosevelt Square to get coffee, so glad they have a stand alone location and a drive thru, and the drive thru service was actually quite speedy when I have used it so far. The layout of the interior is rather awkward as far as seating, but the patio space is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful, even when I was a bit cranky. Parking can be a real issue at peak times, and navigating the parking lot when the truck is delivering stock and supplies is difficult. Worth a try.

Let me start by saying I love Starbucks. I rarely have had any issue with any of the if the locations. My only gripe is the parking. This Bucks is too busy for such a small lot. Overall the staff is fantastic, the coffee is always great. My home away from home.

Oh, I see. I have been leaving reviews for this starbucks for a hot minute now. Anyways it sucks, they changed everything. They don’t even write the name on the cups anymore. Kinda sad. They have removed everything that made starbucks awesome. I still come here because it is good coffee, I do however absolutely hate this store.

I can’t say I’m thrilled they decided to close the SBUX down the street in front of Publix when they opened this one, but hey, at least this brand new location has a drive-thru. I decided to go inside today rather than utilize the drive-thru so I could get a feel for the new place. It’s rather small which doesn’t make much sense because they built it from the ground up. There is some nice seating inside consisting of four comfy chairs, some small tables and one long table. It was pretty packed inside on a Friday morning at 10:45am, which is why I’m left questioning why they didn’t build it bigger. There’s also a nice gated patio section outside with tables and umbrellas that is dog friendly; although, not smoker friendly. No surprise there, SBUX hasn’t liked us smokers for quite some time now. Crystal met me at the register and she was all smiles and so very friendly. She and I had a nice little conversation about what a pain in the ass moving is. Haha. My iced coffee was made quickly and perfectly by another smiling barista. I made sure to take note of the drive-thru which was very busy, but they were moving the cars through quickly. One thing I have noticed about SBUX that have drive-thrus is that they don’t clean the restrooms, tables, or empty the trash as often because they are usually too swamped because of the constant flow of customers both inside at the register and customers waiting at the drive-thru. The employees here at this SBUX are totally on top of things. As busy as they are, they manage to keep everything inside the store nice, clean, and tidy. I’m super impressed, especially since the employees here came from the store that just closed down the street w/out a drive-thru, so they aren’t use to the extra hustle and bustle. The parking lot is a bit cramped for those who park and go inside. You may have to wait a couple of minutes for a car to move forward in the drive-thru to be able to back out of the space. It’s definitely a tight squeeze. Now that I think about it, perhaps that’s the reason the building isn’t bigger. Bigger building = more parking area taken up. Well, now that I’ve finally got that conundrum figured out, I guess I’m good. LOL A solid 4 stars for this new SBUX.
