I’m not a coffee drinker, so most of the bad reviews didn’t concern me. I’m a doughnut guy. This location has a Krispy Kreme across the street, so I have options. I come to this DD because even though the staff is surly and disinterested, they have the doughnuts I like best. I like the chocolate kreme filled, the double chocolate cake doughnuts, and there’s this manager’s special that they run a lot, which is a regular doughnut with chocolate icing and filled with whipped crème. As long as they carry these I’ll be there.(Unless the HOT sign is on at KK, and then there might be some rumination involved.) Also, I’ve never been there when there was a line, so my service is always lightning fast. Also, never had ice cream there, plan on it one of these days to revise my review. Oh and website claims this location is 24 hours. Fixin to check that out. EDIT: And it does, and the staff is much friendlier at 3am.

Went there on Veterans Day and they said they are not honoring a free cup of coffee to veterans on Veterans Day! The manager did not even come out and explain why. This dd has some terrible customer reviews and now I know why. Really, a cup of coffee is too much one day a year???

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. The coffee was poor, they gave me the wrong order and what they did give me(a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich) tasted like an old shoe. Even the hash browns were awful. Steer clear…

This Dunkin Donuts quit providing trays if you eat in. They bring your hot coffee, sandwich, hash browns & donut to you in paper bags. I ask for a tray and he said they don’t have any. That means making 3 trips back to the cashier!

I stop in at Dunkin about 3 times per week. It has been ok most days. The window ladies are very nice and they are a pleasure to deal with. Today on the other hand I was waited in by the«manager«lol, seemed to be unconcerned with the customer!!! Then I get my order and go to work. The coffee was good but the breakfast food very bad. The had Browns were burnt and looked to have been cooked hours before serving. So I called the«manager» lol and asked for the district managers number. She said she didn’t have it! I asked for the corporate number and she didn’t have it. I told her my issue and still she didn’t seem to have any regard for me as a customer. So I have chosen not to ever eat with them again. Oh by the way. I did get the corporate number and the district managers information. Once I speak to them I intend to let all of you know the outcome. Thank you

I definitely see why this place has less than 3 stars. They’re rude and their coffee is terrible. Nor do they pay attention to detail. I’ll never go to this one again.

Hands down, THE worst. This Dunkin is literally at the end of my street– walking distance. I wish I could love it so I didn’t have to drive in the opposite direction(to Starbucks or Bold Bean) every time I wanted to grab a quick latte on my way out but I’ve given them ample opportunities to change my mind and– apparently– it ain’t happening. When I was pregnant and ordering decaf this past year, they admitted to actually giving me a caffeinated latte every day for 2 months because, «They can’t make decaf.»(Untrue, obviously– train your staff) After weeks of calling corporate, the franchise owner finally called me and made no apologies– just said the machine must need to be fixed. When I finally gave in and came back around out of convenience, they started giving me iced coffees and charging me for lattes, insisting that’s what they were. This happens about 50% of the time, including today, which will be my last visit. The drive thru attendant’s solution, by the way? «I guess I can pour in some milk?»

I am addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee, and this location is the most convenient for me. Service is usually slow and not terribly friendly. This morning I waited at the speaker to order for several minutes. As I was getting ready to pull away, I heard, «go ahead with your order,» and I asked for a black coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I pulled around and waited several minutes behind two other cars. When I finally pulled up to the window, the woman offered no greeting but confirmed my order again. She handed me my coffee without looking at me and said, «have a good day, baby.» I said, «just waiting for my bagel,» and she responded, «yeah, it’s coming.» She proceeded to argue for several minutes with another employee over whether I had ordered a bagel with cream cheese or a bacon egg and cheese. Finally, the second coworker asked me and I repeated my order for a third time, and waited several more minutes while listening to employees argue loudly over who arrived earliest that morning. At least five cars had stacked up behind me. When she at last handed me my bagel, it was again with no eye contact and no apology. I’m through with this place. Maybe I’ll try Krispy Kreme across the street.

We usually hit up this DD location on the weekends, as an early morning treat for actually getting out of the house and fuel for running around to do errands. I’ve never had an issue with this place. Service has always been SUPER friendly, way beyond what you would expect for a fast food place. The last girl was so happy, funny and friendly, it put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. Our orders never waiver too much: Bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a large sweet tea.(Sorry DD, I just can’t do your coffee anymore. But that is just my particular taste.) It usually only takes a few moments to place the order, and head on our merry way. The only thing I don’t like about this particular location, is the entrance/exit. There is not a lot of room to get out of there… and a huge curb thing that separates the entrance and exit. I had to back up a little bit the last visit, to make sure I wasn’t hitting that divider. Just be careful and a heads up! Other than that… all is good!

Young Asian lady was very disrespectful when I told her young man working the window was giving away free food to his girl friend and holding up drive through. I will never go to this west side location again. Try Krispy Kreme across the street far better service and they act like they want your business.

I order 1 – 2 dozen donuts/bagels weekly for work and usually call ahead. The reason being is 50% of the time they will answer their phone. The remainder of the time I walk in. Sometimes their phones are forwarded to a cell phone that no one answers. When I’ve reported this, they didn’t apologize, but looked at me like I was crazy. This morning I called and asked to place an order. The worker sighed and placed me on hold for five minutes, then hung up on me. I called back three times and no one answered. I will no longer use this location due to poor customer service.

Despite the mixed reviews, I came here because I heard they now offer almond milk with coffee and I wanted a little treat after my workout. I couldn’t have had a better experience at this location.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in and, although I noticed the staff was busy doing some down time work, they allowed me some time to browse and decide what I wanted without any pressure. Also, I noticed that the store was super clean and well merchandised. This location is a combo DD and Baskin Robbins where you can get both donuts AND ice cream! There is a convenient drive-thru which was pretty busy during my visit. Armtrice, a six year veteran staff member, patiently let me sample some of their ice creams until I finally decided on a pint of blueberry cheesecake($ 6.99). At the same time, another young lady made my iced coffee with almond milk to perfection! As I was being rung up by Laura, one of their awesome shift managers, Armtrice offered me a Pumpkin Munchkin to try. She told me they were available for a limited time(only 4 for $ 1), so of course I was had to buy some. Overall, I left feeling very happy about my purchase & entire experience while being given exceptional service from the entire staff. Who knew this location offered such an endless selection of new ice cream flavors, donuts, coffees, smoothies, sandwiches, ready made ice cream cakes, pints to go, and so much more? Lastly, there’s also ample parking with outside seating available and the prices here are just right. I’m a new fan & will definitely be back!

I really don’t want to give any stars. I pull up to the window and the clerk asks what I want and I tell her. One minute later she says what can I help you with. I tell her o want what I already said she’s says thanks pull around. Why did she ask again if she already knew

I go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday on my lunch break during school, and while I go everyday because the coffee and donuts are amazing, the service is awful. They have good days, but mostly bad ones. I get the same thing every time I go for the most part, which is usually just a large caramel iced coffee. They always seem to mess it up, which I don’t understand how since that’s a pretty simple order. I’m always on-the-go too, so I don’t have any extra time to get them to correct my order, so I always leave with bad coffees. Simple things too, like no splenda, or no cream in it. They also take such a long time for one order too, which is odd because they always have a lot of people working in there, and nobody in the store. I’m not saying it’s the worst, because I do like the coffee a lot when it’s made good, and I’m not going to stop going, but this Dunkin has the worst service.

Clean and friendly every time. At the gas station dunkin donuts you add your own flavoring to the coffee or tea but here you have to ask them to do it. They are nice about it but it is inefficient. Guess they are saving money on supplies. The products are always fresh and tasty.

This review is for the Dunkin Donuts side of the restaurant since I have never ordered Baskin Robbins here. The inside and outside of the business is clean, although the parking area leaves a lot to be desired with a truncated drive-thru area. It’s slow. Seriously slow. The donuts are good, the coffee is ok, the breakfast sandwiches are rather average and the people who work here are slow. It doesn’t matter if they are busy, not busy, averagely busy or what. The people who work here are slow. Honestly, if someone else wasn’t paying, I wouldn’t go here at all.

How can you go wrong with Dunkin? This was a great trip thru the drive thru. The cashier was very friendly and speedy. Although they didnt have the chocolate covered donut we wanted, we did get 4 for 2 glazed! The coffee was hot and sweet and hit the spot for my 25 minute ride to the sticks. Ill always go back, as usual!

This is a treat that we catch on our way back to the ponderosa after an evening out. They are usually pretty quick. This time we ordered two glazed donuts and ended up getting four! Now that was a deal! Thank you Dunkin Donuts!

One of them more tenured businesses along the strip of Cassat ave, this has been the source of my lunch breaks for some time now, incredibly fast service makes it such an enjoyment at times, only if this location had the customer service to match. I’m very big on how customers are treated, there is more if an urgency to get customer in and out(which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) but when it compensates for accuracy, that’s when you have an issue. There has been multiple occasions where I have ended up with another customers order, so I highly recommend checking your items before departing. One reason this is one of my favorite locations is the addition of a Baskin Robbins for my sweet tooth cravings. Ice cream and shakes are ALWAYS on point, I never have a complaint in in that department. But it better steps it’s game up now more than ever since the Re-Opening of Krispy Kreme right down the road! Gets a solid 3⁄5

Worst dunkin donuts on the planet. They charge more somehow than any other dunkin in town for the same order. They NEVER get my order right, seriously, who makes a latte with cream?!? Gross. They interrupt you when you’re placing your order so they can repeat back the wrong things to you. Stale donuts. One employee told me the owner doesn’t always buy skim milk so they just put regular milk in. Hmm. All of this is somewhat forgivable. A few weeks ago they lost my business for good. I’m in the drivethru placing my order and I notice a RAT the size of a house cat calmly cleaning itself next to the squawk box. This rat was huge and looked clean and very well fed. So, when the girl interrupts me to ask if i want anything else while I’m placing my order she will inevitably get wrong, I say«there’s a huge rat out here by the speaker» She responded«and anything else?» I calmly told her I wasn’t interested in purchasing said rat and drove off to the sound of her saying«and anything else?»
