I’ve never had an issue with this location but the last time I came in, the two male employees were talking about the female employee who was just about ten feet away. They were saying how nice her butt was and how they’d love to get a piece of it. I guess they didn’t care to keep the conversation quiet because I’m a guy and I’d be okay with sexist remarks and harassment? Well, I’m not. It was completely unprofessional, gross and uncomfortable to witness. I hope that the woman working there stands up for herself and doesn’t allow them to harass her. More likely, she’ll have to quit or be fired since one of the guys talking about her was a manager. Not cool Gamestop. Keep your creepy remarks to yourselves and don’t let your customers hear you.

Just left there after being in line for about 8 minutes. Then some guy line jumped us and the manager didn’t even say anything he just tried to sell the customer more stuff that he obviously didn’t want. I left my games on the counter and left because customer service was horrible. I won’t be back to this Gamestop.

So if you’re a nerd like me and love video games this is the place to be. This store has a plethora of both new and used games for most systems(they even sell PC games), so you’re sure to find the game you’re searching for. Whether you’re in the mood to save the world(or try) from zombies, fight crime as your favorite super hero, or if you’re like me and want play sports like a professional(let’s face it we’re not all cut out to be Lebron James), then they’ve got the game for you. If for some reason you can’t find the title you’re looking for don’t fret, as one of the wonderful employees will be more than willing to assist in your search and if the game you’re looking for isn’t in stock they’ll check in their computer to see if it’s in stock at another GameStop nearby. For those of you who are thinking of throwing out old games or game consoles– don’t, as they’ll take old games and consoles off of your hands for either store credit or cash(I generally take store credit, as the cash value is substantially less for trade-ins). The employees in this store provide excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable of their products.

This is our favourite Game Stop and it is the best one we have ever been in, and let me tell you, we’ve been in a lot of them! Thanks to my wonderful husband, I get drug into Game Stops all over the place all the time. All of the guys who work here are SO knowledgeable about all the games. They’re also really friendly and I like friendly. :) You can tell them the games you like/love and they can tell if if you will or won’t like a game. They can tell you what a game is similar to. They’ve played them all and even tried out the new ones before they hit the shelves. Now, I’m not a gamer. My idea of video games is Ms Pac Man — you remember — the ones you actually had to put a quarter in to play?! Yea, these new-fangled video games for the PS3 and XBox have WAY too many buttons for me to even begin to understand. I do try playing some of my husband’s video games from time-to-time, but because I can’t sit still and hold the controller like a normal human being(if the character in the game has to jump, then I, for whatever reason, feel I need to try to jump with them), I end up having a backache and a migraine by the time I finally put the controller down. Therefore, I very rarely pick up a PS3 controller unless I want to watch something on Netflix. Anywhoooo… my husband is all about video games, so, like I previously mentioned, I’m constantly in these Game Stop stores with him. And, like I said, this Game Stop gets 2 thumbs up from me! I also like the fact that if you purchase a used game and hate it, you have 7 days to bring it back and they’ll give you a full refund. Good way to find out if a game sucks or not. It’s basically a free trial. Just make sure it’s a used one — this does not apply for new games. Besides, in case y’all haven’t noticed, video games aren’t cheap — save yourself a few bucks and get a used one. If they don’t have the game you want in the used version, they can check their computer for other Game Stops in the area that have it in stock, so have them check for you. Also, my husband has some Powerups Pro card from the store that he pays $ 14.99 a year for. It gives him points that he uses for something. I’m not sure what… honestly, I’ve never paid attention b/c I could really care less, but according to the hubby, this card is a must-have and gives him great benefits. I do know with the card he gets some magazine once a month about video games. Don’t ask me the name of the magazine either… yes, I get it out of the mail box, but no, I do not pay attention to it. The husband does read the magazine cover-to-cover every month. SMH So, to break it down: Great service, great store, get the Powerups Pro card. That is all :)
