After recently purchasing a commercial building for my business I decided to have a surveillance camera system installed. I typically search Unilocal to help guide me to hopefully a good business decision. The first company I contacted completed an inspection of my property and gave me a quote. In my due diligence I wanted another quote. I am very happy I did. I called Carlos Perez, owner of SoCal Alarm. He was very prompt, inspected the property, provided his quote in a very competent yet personable way. Not only did he beat the first quote by 40%, he had the system installed within a few days complete with training provided by Carlos and JP. I had SoCal ALARM install some security cameras at my home where I also run a small business. Their professionalism was beyond my expectation and their installation was flawless. The fact that I can view my cameras through my smart phone at any given time is so convenient especially when Im out of town. After making the investment to purchase the system I realized that every home and place of business should have cameras installed and should call SoCal Alarm to have them handle that. If I need any more security products installed at my home I’ll know who to call because there’s nothing more than having peace of mind brought to you by a company you can trust!

We needed our surveillance system installed after our original contactor backed out at the last minute. Not knowing where to turn, I turned to Unilocal.I’m glad I did! Carlos came to our home the day after I sent my request for a quote. His quote was significantly lower than his competitor. After settling on the installation price and day — a Saturday, no less — JP came out to complete the job. Not only did he install 10 cameras, he ran wires throughout our home, set up the system, AND helped program our phones for remote monitoring — ALL IN ONE DAY! These guys are as professional as they get, yet personable as well. To say we’re satisfied with their work doesn’t even scratch the surface. I cannot recommend SoCal ALARM Inc. higher than five stars, which is unfortunate. They deserve 10 stars! Thank you, Carlos and JP. Our system is working beautifully!
