Weber Grill Restaurant

Just stopped in for lunch and love this place. Great lunch selection and even better bartender named Kara. Thanks for the quick service and tasty lunch.

Seriously, amazing. We first came to downtown to go to BruBurger… but as the wait was over an hour long, my husband picked Weber. It blew my expectations out of the water. We sat in the bar in a super cozy booth. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our guests questions. The service was AMAZING. All of the workers were on-​top of refills (big plus in my book) I ordered the bbq combo and chose pulled pork, quarter chicken with macaroni and mashed potatoes… all was so good! My husband did the devour downtown meal and received a house salad (meh, take it or leave), steak with brisket butter, asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes and a mini carrot bundt cake. He demolished the steak in no time. Our meal was finished off with hot hand towels (very nice touch)! I would recommend to anyone!

DON’T GO ON A SUNDAY! They were out of many of their signature dishes, pretzel buns and they didn’t have any rolls or cheddar butter. This is certainly a sign of either poor management or Sunday’s are just «leftover day» from the remainder of the week. This is really unfair to the servers also because they bear the grunt of the unhappy customers. This was my first time here so this isn’t a great first impression. I’ll try it again… maybe

We went for the devour down town event tonight, and the wife, and I both ordered the NY Strip steak, the steak was cooked perfect, but didn’t have much flavor.
It may not be fair, because I can make a steak better than any restaurant that I have ever been to at home.
I know next time to order ribs, as they are awesome.

You know those restaurants that are just «there?» They don’t really have anything that makes you want to come back for more. They don’t really have anything special. They don’t really do anything differently.
That’s Weber Grill. It’s just… there.
I was there for a staff appreciation lunch today and I do have to admit, the waitstaff are incredible. But that’s all that stuck out to me. Maybe im being biased, but it’s one of those restaurants where it just… exists.

I had a late lunch and strolled into Indy for work and was a little hungry, so I decided to take a walk. Found the Weber Grill, and it seemed interesting enough. Reasonably priced drinks, my Long Island was good. But looking at the menu, I was surprised that a grill centered restaurant had such high prices. I decided to get an app being the grilled lemon shrimp. Now, the meal was around $ 10.00, and when you order an appetizer you usually expect it to full one person. Upon receiving the meal, I was pretty disappointed that there were only four pieces of shrimp for a $ 10.00 plate. The shrimp was pretty good, but I don’t see the value here. I had much better food more reasonably priced at a similar setting recently. I wouldn’t call it a «must go» if you are visiting Indy.

I am a cook for big woods brewing, Quaff on. I patty burgers and smoke bacon all the time… I received a frozen patty burger with Montréal steak seasoning and frozen bag fries, and dried out supposedly smoked bacon for over 13 $. Server said burgers were hand pattied but I know a frozen patty when I see one. This restaurant is over priced as hell… even my sons hot dog meal was 8 $. This is not a very good family restaurant, can’t get anything good for under $ 10_​$ 15. Just another flashy chain restaurant :(

I got one of the specials, «Oscar» filet mignon on with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. The filet was cooked fine, but an overload of either cardamom or coriander. The potatoes were bland, no seasoning and no garlic taste to speak of. The asparagus was just raw and not seasoned. There was crab next to the filet that didn’t belong. Not good.
My girlfriend ordered the prime rib. I tried it and was very underwhelmed. The inside was extremely tough to chew, and the outer ring was dry. Neither tasted good.

My husband and I were very surprised how excellent the food was at Weber. We were concerned because it didn’t get great reviews, but it was amazing! Great food, great service! They take call aheads so we walked in and were seated.

What to say what to say. Food is good not great. Took quite awhile to get our food considering most of the dishes are pre cooked. Love the pretzel rolls and cheese spread (main reason we chose here) and the fact you can walk there thru the mall in warmth. Our server was friendly and he kept our drinks filled. I enjoyed my Tilapia to me it was cooked just right someone else would say over cooked. The portion of meat on the Backyard Sampler is small but filling after eating rolls and butter. We were just full enough to skip dessert since we had quite a walk thru the mall to get back to our car. It was a meal I didn’t have to cook or clean up and that’s always a plus.

Excellent, dependable dining here at Weber’s.
Truly a great concept here all centered around the shrine of the Weber Grill. No. there aren’t any Webers lined up in the back, but the charcoal grilling is truly evident.
The steaks are superb. Chicken is tops. BBQ wise, I have yet to try the ribs, because I’m often tempted by the wonderful Smoked Beef Brisket. Tender, juicy, exquisite flavor. It is off the hook good.
I like my veggies too, so the option of skipping the mashed potatoes or fries is a plus as Weber’s has a great choice of veggies (grilled or steamed) to choose from.
The Dining room is nice, but with less than three or so, prefer the bar area. Great visibility ion the games playing & always excellent service.

Overpriced and nothing to write home about. Typical chain flavor and selection, just double the prices. My lamb and potatoes were meh.

Came here on a Saturday night back in February to kick off my friend’s bachelorette party. Our server, Isaac, was amazing. He’s everything you could ever want in a server, and more. He knew the food and drink menu extremely well and was able to provide everyone with excellent recommendations. Isaac was super friendly, outgoing, and extremely personable. After checking everyone’s IDs, he called all 8 of us by name for the rest of the night. I’m not sure if he memorized our names or had them written down, but it was unexpected and added to the experience. I don’t think I’ve ever had a server call me by name before. I could go on about the excellent service, but on to the food.
When you hear the name Weber Grill, your mouth starts to water in anticipation of the delicious steaks and all of the other grilled meats on the menu. You hope they live up to your high expectations, and I’m happy say that they certainly do. I had the most perfect 7 ounce hand-​cut filet mignon with a side of roasted garlic mashed potatoes. If you want a second side, there is an additional charge. My bill was about $ 50 for my meal and Ketel One & Tonic, which I thought was very reasonable.
I’m from Boston, but I’ll definitely come back to Weber Grill the next time I’m visiting my friends in Indy!

Super yum! Came here for a business lunch and had a menu already prompted for us to choose from. I had the turkey sandwich with fries. The service was great and the food was delicious. I’m only giving it 4 stars because I didn’t really get to explore the menu like I wanted to since it was a business lunch, but I’m sure next time I’ll go it’ll be as delicious (or better!) as the first time!
Would definitely recommend.

Inspired by their love for grilling and their spice line, this restaurant is really nice and fancy on the inside.
Of course they don’t have much to offer for us vegetarians but the server was really helpful in suggesting options and made sure I got what I wanted. Luckily for him, I was in the mood for pizza so I didn’t have much thinking to do. We started off by splitting a Spinach Artichoke Dip, then my colleague ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and I ordered the classic Margherita.
Food was on point and totally delicious. The pizza was perfectly baked and just the right amount of crisp needed. Mozzarella was fresh and rustic from the grill and the tomato sauce. Oh, the tomato sauce — fresh, succulent tomatoes and that perfect hint of garlic and herbs. Divine! Great experience for sure!

I came here with a group of co workers during a large meeting. We had a group of 10 and were set immediately at a table preppred with menus, wine lists, specials, and iced water. Its a small detail but its nice to have the waters set up for us! We ordered a sampler appetizer that the waitress recommended and it was ON POINT. You have to try the ribs, the smoked flavor it literally mouth watering… quite possibly the best ribs I have ever had.
Everyone ordered steak, but I got the special– sockeye salmon with cappers and lemon butter sauce. The salmon was full of flavor, and definitely fresh caught. Everyone’s steak was perfectly prepared, which is tough to do with a party of 10, and 9 of them ordered steak!
Our server was Barbie, and she made great recommendations throughout the night and was very attentive. The atmosphere is classy and comfortable, with nicer décor. I’d recommend coming here if you want some great smoked food, and a nicer environment!

I like this place. It is a good grilled steak house.
Ambience is good, love that you can look into the kitchen and also get a bit the grill smell (not something that will bother anyone… I think)
And you can sit nice and comfy in a little booth for a more private and intimate experience.
To be honest it is a gimmick restaurant, based around the Weber grills.
Please do no take this as a bad thing. The food is excellent and the service is friendly.
Overall like the whole package. But you can probably find something similar other places

My wife and I ate here for our wedding anniversary. We made a reservation for 5p on a Saturday night, but when we arrived it was obvious we would’ve been fine without it. When I called they asked if there was a special occasion being celebrated, and when I said it was our anniversary they asked if we needed special accommodations for that. I declined but wanted to point it out if it’s helpful to somebody else.
I’ll start with the service. This is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars here. Every interaction with our waitress was awkward. She hardly smiled and just didn’t have that welcoming demeanor that you’d expect from a server a unique restaurant. As far as her service goes, however, she was very good. We never had to ask for a refill of our water pitcher or for my Diet Coke.
Now onto the food. They start you off with a basket of complimentary pretzel rolls. They came out warm and were delicious. They were so soft on the inside. They came with butter and a cheddar onion spread. I didn’t use either of those. I wish they had a cinnamon butter like you get with bread at Texas Roadhouse, that would’ve been awesome with these rolls. We went through two baskets (seven total).
For the main course, my wife did the BBQ combo with pulled pork and ribs, with the whipped sweet potatoes and bourbon baked beans on the side. She loved all of it, and was completely stuffed afterwards. I got the 7 oz. filet mignon, medium well, with the mashed potatoes. It was all very good. The steak was perfectly cooked and the portion of mashed potatoes was huge.
I signed up for the Grill Club and got a $ 20 off coupon for my wife’s birthday month, so that really helped keep the bill down. Otherwise I might have thought it was somewhat overpriced. They brought out a mini chocolate lava cake with a scoop of ice cream for that, but that was another awkward interaction with our waitress where she asked if we wanted the birthday dessert and we had to ask if it was free. I’ve never been to a place where they ask if you want a free birthday dessert, they just bring it out.
Overall we had a really nice experience. The awkward waitress didn’t ruin anything for us, and like I said, she did a fine job of keeping our drinks filled and doing anything else we asked. The only other thing I’d say was missing is I thought the grills were more visible where you could see them grilling, but I guess not.

Be sure to have a reservation. We had one for Saturday evening and others behind us were told an hour and a half.
Musts: complimentary pretzel bread with cheddar butter, whipped sweet potatoes, and bourbon baked beans. Ribs were decent and so was the Weber kabob. Side wedge with smokey bacon is also recommended.
If you need a cocktail the Smokey Joe martini hit the spot.
Loud atmosphere would not go here for a romantic night out.

I really like the warm colors of this place, especially in winter. Enjoyed the new York strip steak followed by dark chocolate brownie. I would say it was a wonderful dinner however I have had better steaks.
The brownie was actually cold, I didn’t really like it that way because I was expecting something warm. Anyhow decent experience altogether.
More than the entrée I really enjoyed the pretzel bread!

Der Weber Grill ist eine erstklassige Adresse für Leute die Fleisch mögen. Ich habe selten so gute Spare Ribs gegessen wie hier. Die Steaks sind erstklassig und auf den Punkt gebraten. Als Getränk kann ich die Sangria empfehlen die hier wirklich lecker ist und man sie sonst in Indianaplois selten bekommt.
Wer hier her möchte dem empfehle ich dringend eine Reservierung oder viel Wartezeit.

Vous né pouvez pas manquer ce restaurant avec son immense barbecue rouge collé sur sa façade et ça sent le barbecue à 200m à la ronde.
Les avis sont partagés sur ce restaurant et je pense que ça vient de la diversité du menu. Il y en a pour tous les prix et ce qui est cher peut être de très bonne facture, en revanche certains éléments du menus peuvent être passables. Ma salade en entrée avait beaucoup de gout et mon NewYork steak était vraiment parfait pour ma part. Le restaurant est grand et il y a du monde.
