The worst Pizza Hut ever. Took 2&½ hours to get my entire order (just pizza and wings). I called 3 times in the process and the manager had NO idea how to handle a complaint! I travel to Indy often and have never had such terrible service! I will not be using this Pizza Hut again!!!

Unbelievable incompetence, from initial order with Ayana (took forever to get it right) at 7:40 to speaking with not one but two people (Mary and Maurice) to check on why my delivery is late. I received a response telling me my pizza was in the warmer and waiting for a delivery person from Mary, she stated it would be there in ten minutes that was at 8:40. Thirty minutes later I called again and spoke to Maurice and he stated the pizza just left for delivery at 9:15. Mind you this place is only 1.75 miles away. Maurice put me on hold to see if he can get a manager to get me a discount since they’re late. Van the manager got on the phone and had no clue why he needed to talk to me. This place is seriously mismanaged. Finally got my pizza at 9:40 and it was a disappointment, what else after sitting for 1 ½ hours in a warmer, but it was free. Pathetic!

I have eaten at a lot of Pizza Hut’s and this one right here is the best one!!! The food taste amazing! I have had both the pizza and wings.
