At first, this location was good. I had never had Donatos, so when it opened in my neighborhood, I was excited. On our Friday Family Pizza Nite, we ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. When we got home, we discovered that they had sliced it in squares. Imagine trying to feed 2 teenage boys and a husband on a pizza this size. We were told there were 12 slices in this particular pizza. Called back and we were put on hold so long, I hung up. Called back again and asked for the Manager who was rude. Also, I like their spicy garlic wings. I ordered a 10pc flats only spicy garlic, twiced baked because on a previous occasion, the chicken was not done. When I got the wings, first… not baked twice… second…not spicy garlic. They were buffalo and when I called them back, all I got was we are sorry.

I should have known when it took over nine minutes for them to take my simple order that it wasn’t going to be good experience. Pizza was cold and soggy when delivered and very expensive for the quality of the food. We were staying at a local hotel and gave it a try. I wish I would have checked Unilocal reviews first.

I really wish that I could give this place a ½ star, because that’s all they are worth. Actually, they are not really worth that either. I normally contact the Donatos in Speedway but unfortunately I was on hold for 10 minutes. So I contacted this place on Georgetown Road, which was a mistake. I was told that they are 20 minutes for pick up, which was great considering it’s Saturday night. I set my timer for 10 minutes since it only takes me 10 minutes to get there. We arrived to pick up my pizza and it was ready. Came home to and started to eat it and it was COLD, not lukewarm but COLD. I immediately called the place back, asked to talk to the manager. What I heard back from Jonathan was such a shock. He proceeded to tell me that we were 10 minutes late! Really that’s how you respond to an unhappy customer? I told him that there was absolutely no way we were 10 minutes late since it only takes me 10 minutes to get there. Jonathan put me on hold and when he returned, only stated that there was nothing he could do. If I wanted another pizza, I needed to return the uneaten pizza for a hot one, it was already 8:00 and I wasn’t going back out. He said that he had to call his GM and that is what he was told he then reiterated again that we were 10 minutes late. Thank goodness for cell phones recording the times, as we were NOT10 minutes late. I really wish I would have read these posts before ordering as I would have gone to my normal Donatos. No wonder it was only 20 minutes on a Saturday night; at this rate, this place won’t be around much longer.

This pizza place is a joke! Im a pta parent at the school near by, I call myself tryn to help and give business to them but Im so done with this place and I am telling the word about it. A few years ago we ordered pizza from them. had them deliver to our school for our parent meeting. because the delivery guys didnt get a 10.00 tip he looked at our principal and said«CHEAP»… I called to talk to a manager and the person who made the comment screened the call so the manager never heard of the problem… once we talked to the manager he felt guilty so he dropped off a few 5.00 cards… we never used them… a few years later I thought maybe they would get their act together… but nope. someone came in talking about fundraising… they left a pack and all. I called to talk with a manager to see if it were possible to get 15 pizzas at 5.00 a pop. saying no would have been just fine but I spoke with a manager named Candice who decided at that moment that she was going to LIE to me and say she would call the office and call me back with an answer. I waited and waited. She knew I needed the answer soon but I guess she thought I would get the picture and not cal back… I called back later that day and she said that she was waiting for a call… I told her when i would need the pizzas… I needed them the next day… I have yet to hear from the LIAR Candice from Donatos… SO I called back a few days later and spoke with a manager. I said that that was super rude to lie and say you would cal someone back when you knew I needed an answer. Say no. its fine, but to have me wait was just plain rude… That day I called other places and they at least had enough kindness to just say NO they cant… even Pizza Hut called me back!!! Long story short, I was able to get all my pizzas for 5.00 from Domino’s!!! and they delivered! The lady told me that she doesn’t think Candice meant to lie… Well here is one for ya… You guys dont ever have to worry about us as a school doing any of your fundraiser ideas. we will never order from Donatos! I will make it my mission to let all of the pike schools know never to order from you all and if they do that the service will suck to the 4th power! dont mess with me! this is not even close to being over! It would have been fine to just say Im sorry we cant do that. but you lie and say il cal you back and you dont. SORUDE!

This location is overwhelmingly rude! We attempted to order a pizza to pick up, and when we gave them our out of town phone number, they snipped that they needed the hotel’s phone number… So, after finding that, we gave them the number… Which is stupid because we were ordering pick up, and weren’t at the hotel… Well, after that, we were asked several times for our name; then the employee acting as if he didn’t here us, he hung up on us. I’m SO glad that I don’t live here to rely on them to provide me pizza!

I work and live at The Residence at White River apartment community in Indianapolis. On our property lives a majority of college students. In our move in packets, we leave coupons for our new residents but we will no longer be promoting this company due to the unprofessionalism I experienced last Friday. On Friday May 23rd, I ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks at the 5688 Georgetown Road, Indianapolis, IN46254 location. After 2 hours, I called and was told the pizza was on its way. Half an hour later I was then called back by the manager, Candice, who told me their credit card machine was down earlier and that they needed our number again so that the driver could leave. This is when I became frustrated because I was told half an hour ago that the pizza was already on its way. Candice told us she would give us a 15% discount for the long wait time. After 3 hours, our order arrived and it was short one pizza. I was told by the delivery driver, named Chemo, that our whole order would be free and he would bring us the pizza they forgot. We then called the manager to confirm that our whole order would be free. She was extremely rude, hung up on us more than once and refused to comp out our order. Two hours later, Chemo arrived with our pizzas and said he would«take care of it,» which he never did. Candice hung up on us for the 3rd time after we asked her to talk to Chemo to clear up the confusion. She refused to talk to Chemo over the phone while he was standing in my apartment. My friend checked her credit card statement and it had been charged $ 49 which was well over the amount we were supposed to be discounted. I will be visiting the Georgetown Road location today and I expect this to be cleared up immediately.

I have given this one tons of chances since it is the closest location to my house. the online delivery confirmation says 30min some times 45. ok but it takes well over an hour every time and the food is cold when it arrives. if you call to ask about the order the people who answer are very short with you. I understand you are busy but there’s no need to be rude.
