After shopping yesterday, I had to pick up my wife from work. I decided to grab us a snack before going to get her. We stopped at the 96th and Meridian Store and were horrified. Firstly, I am an Army War vet and I noticed that the flag was not secured and the rope was flying in the breeze. Then we noticed the place was VERY dirty with trash needing to go out. Then we saw that one girl was apparently handling the drive thru AND the front end. We placed our order and waited almost 10 minutes to get our coffee drinks and then almost another ten to get our three McDoubles! During that time one lady who wanted a Diet coke complained there was no ice in station in lobby and then after they gave her a cup of ice she said the diet coke was out. The girl up front hollered for the manager to please change it and she said we are out! The lady who spent money on her drink threw the cup in the trash disgustedly and walked away! Then they had no chocolate syrup for another orders sundae and they wanted a refund! This was one of the WORST ran stores I have ever seen. After leaving we also found that our coffee drinks were basically UNDRINKABLE as they were way too strong. I have some pictures that show some of what we saw and that we threw full drinks away. I never got a receipt either but I arrived around 4:40 in the afternoon and didn’t head out until 5:00! People in this professional area deserve and expect more. Seems clear to me the owner needs to do more unannounced inspections of his stores. However, looking at Unilocal reviews for his Faith & Blessed stores shows he doesn’t really care about making his stores better. I will NOT visit any of his Faith & Blessed Stores again!

I’ve spent the last 3 years of my life as a manager in fast food, I know how it goes. I’ve went to this restaurant 3 times and my food has been incorrectly made each time. Never going back. I can say this cause I’ve been there… Can you not read ketchup and cheese off the screen? Not trying to be rude, trying to point out the obvious problem.
