Slow service, workers talking on cell phones and rubbing their hair while handling food. Would recommend new management team.

Please avoid this location. The wait time is ridiculous and the service is below subpar. I wish I could give it no stars but that isn’t an option.

Why is it so difficult to say Thank You or Hello. Or maybe even just looking at the guest in the drive thru. This location is notoriously rude. I have never worked fast food but I do work retail. I know it can suck but faking being remotely nice is not hard. Thank You are two easy words everyone should use every day. Learn them. Used them. Make it a habitat.
Today Feb 18 amazing service. I actually got a Thank You and Have A Great Day at one window. A Thank You Very Much at the second. So some employees have good manners and training. Just not many.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Slow, unprofessional, rude. Went thru drive thru waited there for about 5 minutes with no answer. Pulled up to the first window no one there. Pulled up to the second window. Employees saw me never came over sat there for another 5 to 10 minutes no answer until I honked my horn they finally came, he was rude. And they want $ 15 an hour. I will be contacting corporate in oak brook, IL

Terrible service. Had to wait 10 minutes to get two things. They need a better management. Employees are either on the phone or eating or just walking around.

Very slow, unprofessional service. The employees were not motivated until the manager came in. Only Deon (perhaps Devon? I didn’t hear his name very well) was courteous and helpful. Other employees just walked aimlessly in the back, talking and laughing, even coming out into the dining area goofing off. They were so busy goofing off they got most of our order wrong.
After the manager left to take out the trash, the employees smarted off about him. The manager deserved better than that. As we were leaving the manager had to gather the employees together and straighten things out.
I understand McDonalds is not a «luxury restaurant» but it’s a job, and you get paid to serve customers. If you don’t like it, quit.

Don’t go to this location if you’re in a hurry. The drive thru took 20 minutes and they couldn’t get the order right. Really not impressed with this trip. I’ll try again for dinner.

I only go to McDonald’s when my options are nil so I am not a big fan. I went to this location 2xs in a ten day span and both left me unimpressed. On the first occasion I stopped on the way home at 8pm on a Saturday night and used the drive in, I pulled right up and ordered, it then took over 20 minutes to pay and get my food, by the time I got home (five minute drive) my double cheese burger was almost warm.
My second visit was at 11a today, I went inside to avoid the issues on my last minute and was second in line, the person ahead of me and I waited over six minutes before the staff got food out for drive threw and others.
I hope this is my last McDonald’s experience for awhile and if I am in the area will try another location.

I grew a beard waiting for the horribly slow service in the drive thru! This is a habitual problem here! Quite possibly the worst drive thru around!

Pick another McDonald’s… This one is pretty lousy. The staff could careless about your order and management doesn’t seem to be much better. I’m not gonna go into the screwup

No answer At the drive thru and then the guy at the window took our order and ran off to hoot and holler. A giant fail

Check your drive thru order before leaving this McDonalds! My son got a kids chicken nugget happy meal but we came to find when we got home that there were no nuggets in his meal! His French fries were also cold and stale tasting! So this was not awesome!

The staff is very friendly, and always manage to get my Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, no sauce, no cheese right.
I recommend going in vs. drive thru, and going to the parking lot next door when exiting. Much easier to get out when turning left.

I can’t really say anything other than, it’s a McDonalds. Greasy food. No service. Dirty tables. If you really want to go to a nice fast food restaurant, I’d suggest Chipotle (gourmet, healthy Mexican food), Qdoba, subway, jimmy johns, or the pita pit: (all good fast food places).

Unfortunately this McDonald’s is very sub par based on several visits, but the most recent was the icing.
I arrived at about 8 pm, was second in line, and waited for a mcflurry and coffee for over 20 minutes. The lines were not long inside or outside.
The night manager was not responsive, and unapologetic, and his staff was loud, rude, and foul mouthed, though were clearly a few children around. A sweet 7 year old girl in line behind me with a free cone voucher waited for over 15 minutes before asking a second time for her cone,(presumably takes 30 seconds at most to make), before a staff member yelled from the back, «I already gave it to her!!!». Unfortunately again, I and everyone else in the restaurant at this point, knew that wasn’t true.
This was perhaps the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Sad.

This McDonalds rarely has their ice cream machine working. Plus the dude that runs the place at night is not very friendly and always makes me wait way too long to order. It gets worse but I will just say find yourself another McDonalds that is like most of them. This one is way below avg. if you ask me.

Well its a McDonald’s. I stopped because typically they are known for their clean bathrooms and we were traveling. Well if you are traveling avoid this one. It is a new up to date building but with the nastiest bathroom ever. Enough said.
